It was November 18, 2016 this past Friday when I was on my way to roast an 87lb pig for a group when I noticed my truck had a flat tire. So with what little air I had I tried to get to Park Place to fix it it when my truck just stopped when I turned onto Gregory Court. I ran up to their Buisness and explained my situation and that I had time constraints. They immediately got on the phone to one of their employees whose name was Harry and he met me at the shop and we went down to where my truck had stopped. He changed the tire for me and I was on my way !!!!I told the girls that I would settle up with them later that day. Well I came back and got my other tire put on to match and I wanted to pay my bill when they said, Dont worry about, were good". I couldnt believe it as it surely would have cost over $100.00 for the service call and the work I had done. I am humbled by this familys generosity and kindness in my time of need full well knowing that I would have had some trouble had I not been able to get that pig roast started in a timely manner!!!! Thanks again PARK PLACE, you certainly went the extra mile for me, thanks again !!!!

Brought my car here after Mr. Tire could not correctly fix it. Within 30 minutes they diagnosed the issue and were able to fix it. They even let me borrow a car to go get food. The waiting room and bathroom are cleaner than any other auto shop Ive ever seen. Wonderful and friendly staff. Wish they were open Saturdays but I will definitely come here again.

This is a great garage! I feel confident talking to the staff. Often times I need to wait with my vehicle and they have a comfortable and very clean waiting area for me and my children. I know I can trust this shop with my vehicle. Thank you Park Place!

Only consider Park Place if you want a top dollar Jasper installed at top dollar labor rates. If your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. If you want your car repaired properly, look elsewhere.
