Took my jeep in for the AC coupon special .. ok you need a compressor done, I take it out and warm air not cold go back oh this is messed up they said they fixed it.. said come closer to 5 to pick up I went at 4 took it home still not cold air(he knew it so thats why he said 5 so I couldnt come back because they close at 5, Well called bring it back said a evaporator needs replaced ok did that,, got it back bolts laying on the floor wiring hanging outta the dash.. had cool air in top vents nothing from bottom vents, just heat blowing in off the motor could hear the road no seal on it.. so by now I take it to a great garage , Was told a vacuum line was pinched in the heater box when they put the dash back.. took it back the owner was there to look at it said everything was fine.. Well it takes 8 hours for this job and amazing 1 hour they were putting my dash back in,, .. So now back to my well known good garage they go take out the dash to fix what they broke... the whole heater box needs replaced,, the vacuum line wasnt even hooked up it was pinched . and it needs a blender door replaced they broke it too. My garage said things were glued together and screws bolts missing.. Never let them touch your car.. The manager was looking on a computer on how to fix things.. STAY FAR AWAY Im 2150.00 in debt from their work,, and now at least that to fix what they broke.. Jon told me to never come back too.. I have just contacted a representative to get this solved as JON was very rude! This needs a no star rating terrible place,,,, since then I have heard other horror stories about them...

Took vehicle in for oil change. Had brakes done before and was satisfied. Was going to take advatage of $19.95 oil change coupon, but when I got there, girl behind the counter upsold me to the $60.00 oil change which included tire rotation and filling or topping off liquids for 50 percent off. Well I knew my windshield washer reservoir was bone dry, so I said go ahead. I figured the services they promised would be worth $30. As I was driving away, the reservoir was still empty. You think, at the least, they would have filled that. Its the most noticable to someone whos not a mechanic. How do I know if they did anything than change the oil. Once you lose trust in this business, you lose customers.

I dont know much about cars, but I do know good service. And this place was amazing!!! All the staff was friendly, welcoming and very polite! They didnt try to up-sell anyone or rip anyone off, they did their best to save money depending on the peoples needs (I watched some of the other customers who came in). Two of the gentleman who helped me were also prior military, who understood my situation with my husband being stationed in another country. They explained the type of oil my car took and went through the inspection for my car to let me know how everything was. I highly recommend this place! Went there because my caliper was damaged and they tried to tell me i needed all new brakes and calipers when all i really needed was one caliper. Went again because my cae was squeaking and they tried to tell me i needed all new struts, a 600 dollar repair. Having learned from the 1st time i went to a mechanic i trust and it was just a lose exhaust, a 120 dollar repair. This place is the closest thing to a legal raping youll ever find. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...unless you like paying tons of money for parts and repairs you dont need.

Okay so we had a safety inspection done here we just bought a car so after the instepction he gave us a list of what needed to be fixed which was break pads rhoders and muffler and he said our car was rusty the frame but he will pass us because it it has one more year so we he gave us a paper of the items we needed to fix and we fixed it all now he saying he told us different things and will not pass us and I asked him he said if we fixed it there he would pass us

If I could give this negative 5 stars I would. So I went there for an oil change and for them to check my breaks. They told me all four roators were shot and all the breaks too. Told me it would cost $700. I told him dont fix them Ill get a second opinion. Come to find out my breaks and everything were perfectly fine. That guy is a sick human and I hope karma comes to haunt him for getting over on people like that.

I had half of my bumper loose and it was popped out and hanging a few inches. First place I brought it to recommended me to a body shop. (There was no damage on the bumper, but I simply did not know how to fix it). Next place told me they will have to take off the entire bumper once they get a lift up. Went to meineike and he was able to fix it in minutes and charged me ten bucks. Cant beat that!

I just had my exhaust replaced on my pickup truck here at the Meineke Car Care Center in Ephrata Pa 17522 and I must say, Ive had a lot of exhaust work done on many cars in my day and this place topped them all. Not only did I get a great quality job but I got a great price too. I highly recommend Earl and his team for any auto needs you encounter. Thanks again to Earl and his team!

Two years in a row I called to make an appointment for my inspection and two years in a row they told me I wasnt in the appointment book. I understand that mistakes happen, and they always got me in, but wasting extra time on my Saturday when I called for an appointment is NOT what I like to do.

Made an appointment for an oil change because I had a coupon only to go in and learn they dont honor coupons because they are privately owned and choose not to. Glad he told me before they did the work, but I will be sure not to visit that Meineke any time soon.

Got their higher end oil change and check everything package for $40 instead of their usual $50. Service with a smile and coffee and newspaper while you wait. What more can you ask for? Ill be doing business with these folks again.

Not super convenient to get in and out of, but the people have always been fine. Its in a complete dead spot for Verizon so its impossible to do stuff on your phone while you wait, and calls have been spotty in there sometimes too.
