I rarely post reviews, and I was hesitant to post due to the fact my Cousin (Adam) is a mechanic here. I did not want to come across biased, so I waited a few years. I waited a few years to make sure I had used them enough to post an honest review. Now- 3 years later here I am. This shop is one of the best automotive repair shops and inspection stations in the state. I have been through enough. Local Shops, Dealers, Specialty Import shops, Sears, so on and so on. I am a dad of three and run a small business with 3 work vehicles that do thousands of miles all over the Mid-Atlantic each month. I am also heavy on the miles for my family. So 2 personal and 3 work. 5 vehicles they have worked on for various issues. My home and business are both 25-40 miles away and I am willing to go the distance to know that the job will get done and get done right. AD, his son Alex, Adam and Ryan will take care of you. 100%. They are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and here is the big one- Certified. They truly love vehicles, all vehicles, and will do their best to make you and your car, truck, or van happy. Used to love it here, great service and honest people. But my latest experience made it so i most likely wont return. Brought a car for an inspection. The kid at the front desk (no nametag so dont know his name) was the worst person to have at your front. He tells me it will be an hour and a half thats fine no worries i head home and 5 hours later decide to call. Instead of letting me know anything and calling me im told oh we wont get to that till tomorrow. Why? "Other things came up" even pressed other cars came in they could make more money on essentially..... couldnt bother to pivk up the phone and call me? Fine whatever then the icing on the cake is how even i go to pick up today he is shoving a burger in his mouth with one hand snd just says "here" with my report from the inspection. Another guy actually checked me out who was nice enough, but at this point i was over the whole experience. You might be great at fixing cars but fix your customer service or i will not be returning

During my tour in Afghanistan,our car needed some work. My wife said she had found a auto repair shop near our home and she wanted to take our car there. I asked her if she would give the shop my contact # overseas, so that I could talk with them. A.D. the owner called me. The work is fairly priced and the bill provides complete details and explanations of worked performed. And unlike at the dealer where we purchased the car, there is no attempt to sell us services or parts not needed or called for in the Factory Maintenance Manual.
