I just left after waiting two hours for a basic oil change without any work actually being performed on my car. While I was there, I saw four service employees and the service manager. Only the service manager and one employee "worked" on one vehicle during that entire time, completing one simple oil change, which took them nearly three hours. For the first 45 minutes I was there, the entire bay was empty while the employees aimlessly wandered around. This was the most pathetic excuse for work ethic that Ive seen in a while.

Almost 2 hours to get 4 new tires mounted on a truck. Was not busy, got the truck in the bay and started on it at 9:17 it now 11:00 and still waiting on them to be done talking to each other to finish the tires. Never again.

Prices are good, however service is really slow for the most part, and the place always seems to be empty
