I did give it 5 stars but now Im changing it to 1. I just signed up literally a week ago. Part of the reason why I joined was because it was the closest gym to my home. Theres only one stairmaster. ONLY ONE. - it was working for 4 days but now its broken. I signed up for that gym preferably to use the stairmaster for fasted cardio each morning. If someone isnt using it already, its broken. - I tried indicating to a guy named "Chris" if they could notify the company:management to please get it fixed asap because Im in prep for a show and he asked me what membership I had? And I told him "the elite membership". And then he cut me off while I was talking and told me I had "options". "Options to go to other Fitness 4 less gyms". I dont got time to be driving all the way to Clinton or Capital heights each morning to be doing fasted cardio. If those are my options I minus well pick the next closest gym which is "sport fit" or "golds gym". I paid for an elite membership because my girl said shed come work out with me from Time to time thats the only reason why I got that membership; otherwise Id be paying the regular membership. I already pay money for a membership I would expect the gym to at least have it Run with serviceable equipment. I think thats fair. We pay money for a gym membership to use the equipment. Or at least put maybe 2 or 3 more stairmaster machines in there. Not just one. Common.... Im not bitching and I love this gym but man, Im sure any competitor would be upset if it was messing with their prep. Management if your reading this please fix this!!!thank you

Perhaps the worst "fitness center" I have ever been in. No signage out front for at least 6 months. Equipment that is faulty, area is too small, no classes, but what the heck do you expect for $23 a month. Requested cancellation of membership because I just cant stand going to that location, or any of the other "fitness centers" they have. Dont waste your time or money. If I could give it a minus I could, and I cant give it zero stars or it wont let me post. Staff is great, so there is that.
