I was a member for many many years AND I M JEWISH , community center WHAT A JOKE MORE LIKE COUNTRY CLUB , all theses people care about is $ I remember as a young kid my mother pulled me out of kidnergarden here cuase of how harassing the staff was about collecting money ! its so true all thru the years theyd purposely pull me in the office on the way to play basketball to harass me about a membership THAT WAS ALREADY PAID ALWAYS I did nt even want u idiots ! my mother paid my whole life ! I never paid u a cent losers ! I M THE ONE WHO BROKE THE RACE BARRIOR AT THE JCC ! WHEN I WAS ABOUT 15 I THINK ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO I KNEW AND PLAYED BASKETBALL WITH AT HS / FOUND A WAY TO SNEAK IN THE JCC AND PLAY BASKETBALL AND THEY WNET NUTS , THEY BLAMED THE WHOLE THING ON ME THOSE RACISTS ! all of the people who snuck in were African americans I was never involved in sneaking people in BUT THEY BANNED ME FOR THE WHOLE SUMMER FOR LETTING IN AFRICAN AMERICAN S! WHEN I WAS INNOCENT THOSE RACISTS ! A GUY NAMED SOL WITH THE HOOK IS THE ONE WHO SET ME UP , I NEVER EVER WANTED TO GO BACK EVER GO BACK BUT MY MOTHER STILL PAID THE MEMBERSHIP AND PRETTY MUCH MADE ME HANG OUT AGAIN TO STAY OUT OF TROUBLE , I M ASHAMED I WAS A MEMBER HERE ! ASHAMED I EVER WENT BACK AFTER THOSE RACISTS BANNED ME ! 100 percent truth ! funny after that they started to let non jews lolololol be members ! what joke this place is !!!!!!!!!!! but remember I never paid u dime aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaa!!!!!! u can only play bball 3 times a week ! thats a ripoff the $ is not worth it to be a member here they rip u off ! go to 24 hr fitness la fitness anywhere but here ! I remember I joined the mac club after stopped getting free memb ! there so much better and smaller /crazy right ! my last encounter with these losers I was in a flag football league , wanted to quit after the 1st week but dori begged me to stay , check this remember how I said there crazy over cash ! when I agreed to join the football league I PAID 45 $ TO JOIN THE LEAGUE , THEN WHEN THOSE LOSERS DORI AND MARK FOUND OUT I WASNT A MEMBER THEY CRIED LIKE LITTLE GIRLS WE NEED AN EXTRA 35 $ CUASE UR NOT A MEMBER , SO I SAID FORGET IT JUST REFUND MY 45 $ and wont play in the league ! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY 45$ 100 % TRUTH ! SCAM ARTIST TRUTH TWISTING DORI ! R U KIDDINGME ! SO I WAS GOING TO EAT THE $ BUT MY TEAM CAPTAIN SCAMARTIST PAID THE EXTRA $ MITCHELL ! LOL! SO I PLAYED BUT I ALWAYS KNEW I WAS GOING OUT IN A BLAZE OF GLORY AND QUITING AFTER ALL THAT HAPPENED ! SURE ENOUGH THIRD WEEK AS I WAS WALKING OUT ON THE FIELD TO PLAY THE GAME I TOLD MY TEAMATES THIS WAS MY LAST GAME STARTED A BIG FIGHT JUST LIKE I SAID I WAS GOING TO DO !LOL AND ROLLED HOME A ND FORGOT ALL ABOUT IT , MOVED ON WITH MY LIFE THEN A WEEK LATER I GOT A MESSAGE ON A VOICEMAIL FROM DORI SAYING WE CANT LET U BACK IN THE LEAGUE ???????????????????? U NEED A MENTAL HOSPITAL ! I QUIT THE LEAGUE A WEEK AGO AND NEVER CALLED U TO SAY I WAS SORRY OR NEVER CALLED U AT ALL ???????? PATHETIC ! WERE U TRYING TO MAKE URSELF FEEL BETTER ABOUT ME QUITING ! NOT EVERYONE BUT !THE STAFF AT THE JCC IS RACIST AND HATES AFRICAN AMERICANS FROM MY EXP OF BEING BANNED SNEAKING AFRICAN AMERCIANS IN THE DOOR , I NEVER SNUCK ANY1 IN , PEOPLE FIGURED OUT THEY COULD JUMP A FENCE IN THE BACK AND GO IN THRU THE OUTDOOR POOLS DOOR , BUT THEY WANTED TO BLAME IT ON ME INSTEAD OF THEM LOOKING LIKE RACISTS ! Outdoor pool area in this community center is not clean. I have seen many hygienically challenged individuals at the pool, adult invalids in diapers, people eating and dropping food in water. The bathroom and changing room is frankly disgusting - reeks of urine, trash and clothing scattered all over the place. With few exceptions, staff is unwelcoming. Certainly, I understand many challenges that JCC has in providing its services, but for regular members fees are not cheap at all - and the value is non-existent. Not recommended for any newcomers who are used to quite different JCC setting in other parts of the country

What a waist of a drive for a Zumba class. You have to pay to be a member and on top of that pay for zumba too? I dont think so!!! The worst part is how the receptionist talked to me. You know lady there are better ways of speaking to someone! No need for attitude

Swim classes are good.. but they dont have makeup policy... if you missed it you missed it.. if they missed it , you missed it . if its raining blame it on weather. they dont have make up policy.. I am selecting 1 Star because it wont allow me otherwise.

My grandkids went to preschool at JCC and it was a good experience. Their facilities are excellent. My only small concern was that I felt that kindergarten curriculum could be somewhat more challenging.

Great family community and great staff. I loved swimming there (and the outdoor pools in the summer are brilliant). The preschool is outstanding too.
