I visited here with my daughter. The attendant who scheduled me 2 days prior before gave me the wrong time to be there, I literally was rushing from Mt. Ranier to make sure I was not late. She specifically asked me could I be ther by 6p and I told her I would do my best. I was scheduled for 6:30p so the stylist told me she would get to me as soon as possible. Once the stylist started doing my daughters hair I took pictures of my daughter ONLY and I saw her mouthing to the next stylist that I was recording. When they realized I saw them talking and looking they both looked akward..My daughter is tender headed so I know she cries when its combed but the stylist didnt seem to be sympathetic to her pain or try to ease up...Last thing to note is I scheduled a wash, blow dry and cut and was told starting price was $45.. while Blow drying stylist asked did I want it in a ponytail, I said yes. I was so irritated by this point I just paid the $25- $30 and left without even mentioning I asked for it to be cut. I wont be going back to this establishment.

Excellent service. Kid-friendly. Prices are reasonable. Located in walking distance of some stores and a couple of restaurants. The hours are great. Recommended.
