If you take the time to read this email you will understand that this is an open letter to all parents to be for warned! My child attended TLE for 9 months before we decided enough was enough. 1. They have a turnover rate which is extremely high and you child is being baby sat rather than taught anything for 6 hours or more per day depending on your schedule. 2.The curriculum they say they offer is total BS I have yet to see more than 2 teachers who actually Know sign Language better yet can use it effectively. 3. They make up info on a daily report and you may only get one if they have ink to print one out. 4. They are charging Premium prices for a less than inferior product and the staff is shall I say Ghetto Fabulous to say the least is being nice. The have no Director to lead the teachers so there is not a true lesson being taught, and there acting Director can be very condescending about the operation and upper management when you try to get answers on what is going on. The Owner seems to only concern himself with Money and trying to fill classes but could careless about your concerns as a parent. 5. If you are looking for a babysitter you can find one for much cheaper online, if you are looking for a learning center that will help your child learn their competition is right down the road, children will be our biggest investment my suggestion to parents in this area invest wisely and think long and hard before you deal with the Razzle Dazzle THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE will put you through. FYI Ask them to tell you how many students have enrolled and left this past year! I am only speaking the truth from one parent to another! Prices start at $1200 - $1080 monthly!! You are wasting your money and crucial years of your childs development enrolling them at this Location in Waldorf Maryland. There are better options just do your Home WORK!!

My son will be 3 years old in less than a month and TLE has been a part of our family since he was 3 1/2 months old. Hes loved, cared for, and learns something new everyday! All of his teachers have been so helpful at various stages of his development from Ms. Michele that leads the infant program (for a mom that was very anxious about daycare, I felt that I was leaving my child with a second mom) to now being in toddlers with Ms. Annie that has gotten my little one to try more foods and has been a superstar at helping us potty train. Ms. Robin, Ms. Keta, and Ms. Romo who have been with Christopher in between in the twaddlers program; I cant thank them enough for nurturing him! Have there been times when I have had a concern or question? Yes and I have always been able to talk with the teachers openly; things that I felt needed a little more attention I always raised with Ms. Artee (the center director) who really listens thoughtfully and works to address things quickly! Ms. Karyn and Ms. Brittany (the rest of the front desk team) are fun and sweet! My son is happy when I take him to TLE; and that lets me know that TLE has been a good choice for us!

I recently visited this location in search for a new daycare for my son. The director was kind but did not really care too much to give me the full tour of the facility (even though I set an appointment for a tour). She took me to the infant/toddler classrooms where I spoke with a few teachers who couldnt really tell me where the classroom was on the curriculum scale Another thing that bothered me was the fact that they were cleaning the tables and floors with a very strong cleaning solution (strong enough to irritate my nose) while the children were sleeping about 2 feet away. I also noticed that there were about 10 children in a classroom and 2 teachers, completely wrong according to the 3:1 student teacher ratio. After my "self led" tour, the director didnt ask me much about my son nor did she provide registration information. It seemed much more like a business than a facility that cares about children. They pride themselves on the aesthetics of the facility, not really their ability to teach and nurture children. I dont recommend.

We have attended quite a few preschools throughout our lives as parents (military family moving and forced to find a new place) and, while I can say that there were some issues in the past when the center first opened, everything does appear to be resolved and functioning a lot smoother. There has been a change in directors and an assistant director has been brought in. My daughter has learned tons in the pre-k program since starting and she continues to learn more and more. I am amazed by her progress. She loves her class and her teachers and I truly enjoy being a part of the TLE family. I only wish that they accepted school age kids as well for before and after school care because Id definitely have my older two there if they did!

Love the center! While I was pregnant I visited several daycare centers at various times during the day just to see how things operated. I eventually chose The Learning Experience because it was brand new and looked clean. When the center first opened there were some growing pains but that can be expected. At no point did I have concerns about dropping off my little one. Within the past year Ms. Artee and Ms. Bunni have taken the center to the next level. They both treat my son like he is their own and love him to pieces. My son is learning so much and is way ahead of other two years that we come in contact with. I love the center and if there is a baby #2 in the future he/she already has a home.

The staff is friendly and professional and the extra activities that are included at no additional charge are the best! The owners and the teachers seem focused on a cooperative and productive learning experience for my child. The quality of the programs and the curriculum make this a great place for the discriminating parent. I have tried other centers in the area and I feel that hands down, this is the best value for the money. Every week I see an increase in what my son knows and can demonstrate based on what he is exposed to there.

My two children have been at TLE in Waldorf for 3 years. The leadership has changed since the beginning and we couldnt be happier for it. They pride themselves on being a school and not a daycare and the teachers are there for a career, not just a job. They truly care about each child and family and the other teachers. We have been to other child care centers in the past and this is by far the best we have had and they keep working to get even better. I have the utmost trust in Artees team at TLE.

This center is absolutely wonderful. The staff is friendly, personable, and professional. The center is kept clean. My child always comes home clean, changed, and content. We received a phone call and email update, with a picture, on our first day. The Director/Business Manager greets each parent and child, by name, as they enter/exit the center. My husband and I have tried a few centers in the Waldorf area and this is by far the best.
