Get their rates upfront...the electrician was in my house literally for 3 minutes (after being more than 2 hours late...) and found the problem just to be a switch to the furnace, that was in my hallway, was accidentally turned off. Flip the switch and problem solved. Embarrassing, sure. Then charged $100 for this service as they charge for 1st hour no matter what. This was not disclosed before the service. A small charge for coming out is fine, but $100 for simply turning a switch on is ridiculous, especially after being so late for the appt to begin with. First and last time using these clowns.
