This club is excellent especially the trainer Millie. Her one on one with her customers is excellent. I joined for weight loss and she gives me the extra push to point me towards my goal. I would recommend this gym to anyone of my friends or family. Plus the financial cost of $20 per month is excellent too. Dare you to find a competitor that has rates line planet fitness. This gym has new equipment plus has done a recent renovation which includes showers. MY RATING A+++++

This gym is small but suits my needs. I like that it is filled with people who come just to exercise, not to check out other members or get checked out. Everyone is very mindful about cleaning off the equipment when they are finished which is a huge plus - I have never seen this level of courtesy at any other gym Ive belonged to over the years. The lack of shower facilities is a big drawback though.

I like the gym. Staff friendly. Manager works her tail off. Only issue is bench press gone causing safety issues for anyone lifting, women especially because they roll it down their body vs having a rack to put it in. To say the smith machines are the same is dishonest. Not close!! The logic is not logical. Just because someone wishes to go big doesnt make them a meathead.

This club has been newly renovated. Showers have been added and the bathroom has been updated. There is now more workout space and brand new equipment. It feels like a new club and I love the skylights in the new space. There is red light therapy for skin rejuvenation too. WOW! 5 Stars!

I go because its cheap and close but they removed all Bench Press and Squat racks. Its a joke if you enjoy lifting. And according to corporate anyone who is fit and lifts moderate or more weight is a meat head. Even this typical Dad with two young kids trying to get in shape!

Thank you for fixing the ruts in the parking lot! Looks alot better. The pizza and bagel thing is interesting too. Not sure who it benefits, the customer or the employer.

Hey, well run, nicely laid out, but no shower is a killer. This does not work for those looking to work out and then head off to work. Too bad.

Go here several times a week. Machines are clean and in working order. Staff are friendly and helpful.
