Only reason it gets a 2 out of 5 is because its open 24/7 and only $10/month, thats about it. The gym seems poorly set up with a lot of seemingly wasted space. Ive been going here for over a year now and have yet to see any form of organization on ANY machine, bench, or weight tree when it comes to placement of barbell plates. Half the time I have to walk across the gym just to find a 45 plate, and even then I have to strip it from a machine someone was too lazy to do themselves. The benches for Dumbbells are few and only 2 of those few are the adjustable ones. Also, what kind of gym only has one squat rack? At any time that it is remotely busy, you have a line waiting to use it. A lot of the machines and equipment are worn out and physically hurt when using them (i.e. Seated Calf Raise pads are so far gone its like lifting against a solid metal bar). Staff is kind and welcoming but other than that, nothing. Ive been a member of 7+ gyms so far and Ive never seen so many people holding machines for themselves. At any given moment there will be two or three people with their belongings scattered over three machines so no one else uses them. The odds of having someone strip the weight after theyre done with a machine is slim to none. Ab workout area doesnt even have any of those ab rollers to stretch out the muscle and enough mats to only hold about 6 people doing abs at once, no more. All in all, the only good things is its 24/7 (the only reason I have a membership), $10/month, the staff, and the selection of cardio equipment. Other than that, its terrible. Theyre supposed to be getting a new "state of the art" facility in the next coming year, so hopefully that will change things around.

Ive been a memeber at WOW for a little over two years now. I started at the older location and I agree theyre a little smaller and the parking is at times tedious. Neither of those changes made me feel as though I should cancel my membership. What I did have an issue with, was the young staff. I wont mention any names or go into too much detail because the matter was handled but there were a few younger staff that were extremely unprofessional and very immature. After an incident with one of the staff members, I was ready to cancel my membership. I then noticed a couple weeks after a new gentleman making an appearance more and more. New staff memebers were being hired, who are actually friendly. I also saw the staff dusting/vacuuming, scrubbing shower stall floors, and a company came in to reupholster seats on a few machines. I was very impressed with how the atmosphere and quality of the gym had changed. Fast forward to today, I had needed help finding an exercise ball and ran into David who is the new manager. He is professional, very personable and went out of his way to help me. Im one for giving praise when praise is due and David is doing a great job.

I go with my husband who has the $20 membership to use the equipment. Weve been going for over 2 years and have just cancelled due to how downhill this place has gone. The new gym is cramped and smaller but thats not what caused us to decide to switch gyms. This place is disgusting. The womens bathroom is always a mess and my husband says the mens is usually too. There are dust bunnies everywhere... including on top of the equipment. The staff is really unfriendly and they dont do much besides stand together and talk. I get this is a gym and were paying for the services but some customer service would be nice. The management has switched recently and I had hoped it would get better by bringing it to his attention but unfortunately, it has not. At the old location, staff were always cleaning and they were very helpful and nice. Consistent string of poor management since the new place! Also, THIS IS A GYM! Maybe the manager shouldnt smell like cigarettes all the time. One too many smoke breaks.

I hope you folks read your Google reviews, but Ill be calling mgt today regardless - * I actually spoke to two female staff members on my way out yesterday* Since the move Ive been working out later in the am and making use of the locker room and showers. For weeks they have been spotless and Ive felt comfortable using them. This am (8/15) I arrive to a FILTHY locker room. hair, soap, empty bottles, toilet tissue everywhere. Prior to last week there was a young woman here cleaning every morning. Today there is a young man reading a book at one of the desks. So I get to cut short my workout by half to drive back home to shower when facilities are available here for use?! As I said I will speak to a manager today and save this post until I return and see if it has been rectified. *update 8/16 the same filth is still in the showers. Disgusting. Any gym can offer workout equipment - these conditions are due to lazy staff or incompetent management.

This place has become disgusting. Ive been going with my friend who has the $20 membership for a few years now. The gym was always clean, all of the staff were always super friendly and helpful. This is a new place, you would think theyd keep it clean! The bathroom is always gross, the machines have dust on them, I used to see staff going around cleaning all the time and now I never do ever since they moved. The people that work there are rude. Including the manager. I wanted to try the classes and talked to a staff person about getting a membership but seeing how this place has declined I will never give them my money. I told the guy manager of my concerns and nothing has changed. Sad to see what its become!

I go here 4 to 5 mornings a week. Every morning I walk in and have to look for weights or unrack the night time kids weights. this is getting tiresome. the new night staff since the move does nothing. They old gym had signs and the former night staff made the gym amazing. clean and neat everyday. now, deplorable. Management needs to step up.

DO NOT sign up with Work Out World. There is no such thing as NO COMMITMENT. They hide a hidden $49.99 yearly fee. I was told a lie when I signed up, and was responsible for the yearly fee after just ONE month! Called Coorperate and they were not willing to waive the fee. Please save yourself the money and go to the YMCA or Planet Fitness.

I liked it better when it was in their previous location because the parking was better. Now it competes with the Round One gaming center right next door. Also, its not connected to the inside of the mall so you cant park elsewhere and walk through. Once inside the facility is just as good as it was in the old location.

One of the cleanest and best maintained WOW that I have seen. Plenty of equipment, I rarely had to wait for anything and I usually went between 3-5pm. People were courteous and respectful. Price is obviously fantastic.

The new place feels cramped compared to the old location. Plenty of equipment.. cant be beat for $10 a month. And you dont have to look at al that nauseating purple...
