Maranatha Solutons Inc. is a consultancy that provides project management, business analysis, and training services to CxOs at financial services and health care industries in the Greater Boston area. We rely alot on our computers to capture client information, create client presentations as well as produce invoices. As a result, our computers, mostly laptops, are constantly traveling to client sites and under go a lot of abuse. So when a cup of coffee was knocked over and spilled its contents into the keyboard of my Dell Latitude D620 and it would no longer start-up, I knew I was in trouble. I took the laptop to the Computer Cafe and in a day they had it working, actually better than before it took a drink! This is because a fresh copy of XP was installed, which cleared out all the wasteful and unecessary add-ins that accumulated over the past year. The technicians at the Computer Cafe are knowledgeable, friendly, and deliver what they say theyll deliver, when they say they will, at a fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an emergency repair or just a tune up.

I did something *really* stupid (left my glass of juice within reach of both my baby and my computer). The Computer Cafe staff were all wonderful when I called in a panic. While they obviously couldnt make any promises about the ultimate fate of my laptop, they were calm, helped explain the process and the options, and were in touch with updates. My computer ended up being fine, at least for the time being (liquid damage can apparently cause problems down the line sometimes) but I felt SO much better just knowing that my computer, which is a vital tool for my business, was in the best hands possible. That reassurance was priceless. I will absolutely call on Computer Cafe if I find myself in need of help again!

Brought my 3 year old Alienware in for service. It was riddled with viruses, the machine only recognized half of the installed RAM, and the battery was not working well either. It turns out the virus was causing all of these problems and it was fixed for a reasonable price. There is a $25 Yelp coupon when you check-in as of this review writing. They could have charged me a lot more because of my relative ignorance. The repair took as long as the technician told me but when I picked up my machine they informed me that my machine was dropped during repair but that everything, including the screen had been fixed. I think that kind of honesty is fantastic.

When my computer died, I was in a panic. It wouldnt turn on, and I wasnt sure what to do -- all I knew is that the thing wouldnt boot. I brought it into The Computer Cafe and they knew exactly what was wrong with it, and fixed the problem in literally 20 minutes. The next time I used them it was to upgrade my video card and power supply; it took them an hour, and everything went smooth as silk. It was fantastic. These guys are pros and know what theyre doing. Ive not been let down by them yet, and I doubt that Ill ever be.

The technician was very helpful and concise as to the service that would be provided, and additionally he was willing to have me come in for a consultation in the near future inasmuch as my XP program will soon (if not now) be totally outdated and subject to virus/hack attacks. Thanks to the whole crew!

said they were open they showed up and there was nobody there sign on the door said they were closed all the lights were off really needed help it was an emergency for me and they totally disappointed me so unless you know theyre there for sure dont count on anything

I bought our new computer there last week (Dell Inspiron 560) and had very good customer service, very good help. Their price matched Best Buy and their service was so good. Just excellent all around. Im so glad I found them!

Theyre honest and as fast as you could expect a computer repair place to be. Repairs are expensive, but theres not really any way around that no matter where you go.

Dropped over $100 on "repairs" but they couldnt fix and didnt any decent advice (said it was an overheating chip; its not). Cant recommend.
