This is my 1st install at BB geeksquad for an overhead DVD player on my car. I left my car for the whole day 10am-6pm. Giving installer plenty of time for a "professional" installation. I picked up the car around 6pm and Joe of geeksquad was very helpfull and showed me how the system works. I noticed a small gap between the ceiling and unit and figure I can live with it. Four days later, the gap is starting to get bigger. The screws at the back is starting to show and wasnt properly secured. I am bringing my car back for a repair. Hopefully the profesional installation can be fixed the second time around. Ill update my review soon. Im giving 1 star as I always believe in "do it right the 1st time". ---------------- update 4/14/10. Picked up my car yesterday and looks great. looks professionally installed. Joe at BB GS was great. updating my rating to 3 stars

Horrible horrible horrible. In the store service takes forever and they keep loosing the account so they send me to the 1-800 number which was even worse 3 phone calls to the corporate people and I kept getting hung up on and my service plans were all messed up from what they were supposed to be. Get protection through your provider never get anything through these clowns. I have never been so upset with customer service in my life.

Service is slooooow. You sit there and wait for a half hour whyll most of them just walk back and forth. They Gta figure out something to move the service along quicker. Specially if your just dropping something off to get fixed..
