Ive been here dozens of times over a few years. Eva is a great lady. They give decent cuts, I never had a bad one or an outstanding one. The price is about average for the area: $14 for a basic mens cut.

Extremely friendly and did a great fade, would recommend for a military cut. NOTE: Cash only, but there is an ATM in the attached store next door.

Very happy there! She charges $14 for a cut, and she does the hot lather/straight blade on the neck thing.
