New Image barbershop is a very welcoming and inviting place to get your ears lowered. The owner David is a total gentleman and has a fantastic team. Youre guaranteed to feel welcome and leave with a great cut by David or any of his barbers. This barbershop is very busy I suggest making an appointment in advance. You may still have to wait a little bit but these barbers pay attention to detail on everyone of their clients. Hands down the best barbershop in the city of Marlborough!

Well,I was here for about 35 minutes all I wanted was to ask a question about hot shaving ,such as price and availability, nobody greeted me nor said a single word,really bad customer service,if I could say that since I didnt even spoke to them ,there was no service at all,not coming back....

Numerous men exit this shop to harass me, a 63 year old disabled woman, everytime I wait for my bus across the street even though I reported them to the police for it.
