They cut our oldest sons neck with clippers today and then acted like "it happens" - yea, HIV and Hepatitis happens too. Seriously, this is completely unacceptable. They charged us for the cut and again, acted like it was no big deal. But his neck is cut up! Our son had long ringlet curls all over his head and this was his first haircut in almost 4 years. We moved from Florida and I had read good things online about this place so I suggested my husband and son go to Thumbs Up for haircuts. Not only was the owner rude to my husband making excuses for the horrible service, the wait was 2 HOURS. I get that "appointments are best" but since they cant service walk-ins they should advertise BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - otherwise get someone who cuts the walk-ins hair. My guys were the first customers there this morning when they opened and they still had to wait 2 hours. I pray my son is not infected by the clippers thats caused an open wound on his neck. Nobody in our family will ever return here and also NOBODY IN MY FAMILY HAS EVER BEEN CUT BEFORE NOW so if you want to go to a place where being cut "happens" then go here otherwise stay away. Save your skin and your money.

Love my barber. I go to him every time as Im very particular. Sometimes I wait 10 minutes sometimes 40 but rarely well worth it to me. Hes good and cuts my hair in no time. Fun and chill atmosphere.
