BEWARE!!!! Our experience was HORRIFIC and caused us stress for 6 months. I dropped my car off and was skeptical because it was a place I had never heard of but was on my insurance companies preferred vendor list (huge mistake). Lois called us over the next 4 weeks to update us and assure us that everything was going smoothly and there were no problems. When she called me the day my car was ready to be picked up, she told me that the car was ready and everything was good except I needed a new battery. She then called me again on my way there later that day and told me the battery was fried and to make sure I knew I wouldn’t be able to start it again after I picked it up. I told her that was strange because it was only a year old and it must have been from them working on it. She said that was not the case and “that the whole time the car was there they had to jump start the car”. I asked her why she wouldn’t tell me that when she was updating me on the car every week. I could have brought a new battery down before it was the day I had to pick it up. It was now 5pm and nothing would be open and I would need a rental another day. This was the LEAST of our worries once we saw the car and unfortunately the disappointments grew. When we went to go look at the car that night, we noticed the rim on the rear left tire was different, the trunk was out of alignment, there were paint drips all over the car, and the rear left car door made noises when you closed it and the paint was all ruffed up and gouged on the door. The interior of the car was also absolutely disgusting and appalling. The inside was coated with dust / overspray / metal grindings everywhere from the work that took place. There was even a hand print in the dust on the seat showing how bad it was. My husband went down to point out our issues so they could fix them and Carmin took him out to the garage where he began to point out “all the other flaws” on the vehicle and when questioned about the gap in the trunk he started to raise his tone of voice in a confrontational manner saying things like “you are being too particular.” Still in a confrontational demeanor he was saying things like “well NOW that I look at the rim it’s different” and “what do you want me to warranty the battery and someone else’s work too?!” and was VERY VERY rude. We were not focused on the battery at all. We were focused on the flaws with the work they did. After he was done with his rant on the other “flaws” on the vehicle, he decided he no longer wanted to hear what we had to say nor hear our concerns about OUR vehicle. He was an absolute jerk, a true unprofessional. We were focused on the work they did. It was very alarming as to why were we not allowed to ask questions about the work done on our car? How does anyone yell at a customer? Beware of Carmin!! Our insurance company agreed to let us take the car to another body shop to get it fixed. In the meantime we picked the car up and had it for a few days before bringing the car to the next body shop. The first time it rained, our entire trunk filled with water and ruined everything I had in my trunk. When we brought the car to the next body shop they were in absolute SHOCK! They pointed out everything that Liberty had done to ruin our car and that it would never be the same again. To fix what they had done would have been more than the car was even worth! Over the next few months we battled with the insurance company to get our car totaled and it was so stressful. Having to take multiple days off of work to have insurance adjusters and different body shops look at my car and fighting to get what was right. My car never should have been totaled in the beginning!!!!!

I had a front collision on 495 a month ago and it really looked that my car was totaled. The tow company recommended me this place (I also found out later that it was Liberty Mutuals recommended body shop) This is ABSOLUTELY a QUALITY BUSINESS; they were very professional and set the right expectation about the damage and the time required to fix it. They have a nice clean location that really looked a residence than a body shop. I was called by Lois (one of the owners) in a timely manner with updates and this is something i have never experienced with any body shop before. The best thing about this place is the QUALITY OF WORK, when my car was fixed there was not way anyone could figure out that the car looked damaged beyond repair ! you could really see the ATTENTION TO DETAIL with every aspect of body restoration work. This place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me.

Brought my lease vehicle here after hitting a dear. First rub when they called and said the car was ready and asked when I would be there to pick it up, I replied right away or tomorrow. I arrived 20 mins later to stand there and wait 20 minutes for them to wash the car. After getting home I realized that the workers had left a bunch of used shop rags in my car along with misc pieces of broken plastic. Just when I thought that was all my gripes the next day I closed my car door and the lock set flew out and hit the ground apparently someone forgot to tighten a screw. One good thing is the body work was actually decent but I will never go back there.

Had a small dent in my bumper and they fixed it within minutes at no charge! Will definitely use them again for all body work. Reception area is great and staff was very friendly!
