I got into my first accident and I picked Bill to repair my Acura simply because I liked the name of the shop and it looked like it had been there a while (and because i work in Chelmsford). Turns out theyve been there for 30+ years, and theres a reason why; absolutely perfect service - professional AND personable. Bill made it extremely easy for me, and did everything asked of him and more. I mentioned a last second debadging and he obliged with no questions asked. He even cleaned the interior of my car for me!!! I will be sure to suggest Stony Brook Auto to ALL family and friends, as the experience couldnt have been any better. A++++++

I called to get estimate for very specific body work(to get an idea on when I can drop off for repair depending on size of work). The owner bill felt offended because I asked for estimated price. He said "We dont give estimate on the phone. My crystal ball is in shop so I cant help you" and literally hung up on me. Not sure what I did to make him so mad, but definitely ruined my morning...Didnt know how to talk to customer....I guess he has too much business to even talk properly to customers....well good luck...

Bill, his wife and his team are among the most honest and easiest group to deal with. Bill will do anything to make your repair experience as simple and seamless as possible. This is my second dealing with them the first 16 years ago due to the positive experience then brought me back this month. I would highly recommend Stoney Brook Auto body to anyone even if its out of your way. Bill is one of the best businessmen Ive ever met.

Bill really is the best around. His bodywork is flawless. He was able to pull a serious dent out of my a-pillar without pulling or damaging the windshield. The whole process was painless and he even fought with the insurance company to get almost twice their initial estimate to complete the job. He also returned the car fully washed with a clean interior all in less than a week.
