Ed was incredibly helpful and made it a painless experience. This was the third place I went to for a quote on a new bumper and Im lucky 3a Autobody is the place I went to. The other two shops quoted me starting at $1500 and up to $2500 and told me a bunch of parts needed replacing after taking a glance. The truth was all I needed was the bumper and a new bracket and Ed gave me a quote that was a 1/3 of the cost at the other shops. Ed ordered those parts for me and kept me updated on them coming in and then when they were done painting it I was able to drop my car off for the work. It only took a day which was super convenient. I would recommend 3A auto body to anyone and would take my car back there if I needed any future work done

These guys are so friendly. They take care of you and they are reliable and honest with customers. They were flexible with my work schedule in order to facilitate drop off and pick up of both my car and rental. Id recommend them any day of the week, twice on Sunday. They are kind of tucked in the back of the building they reside so if using a GPS, know that it will take you to the OPPOSITE side of the building. Also, it is difficult to get in/out of their parking lot as traffic on 3A is quite congested. Ed is good people, tell them I sent you.

Ed and the 3A Auto Body team do great work at a fair price. They saved us some money on aftermarket body components, and it looks as good as new. Ed checked that the aftermarket parts looked good before asking us to drop off the car for repair. They were clear in the estimate and follow up when the air intake resonator (hidden behind the bumper during the estimate) was found to be cracked. Despite needing 1 additional part, the car was ready days earlier than expected.

The owner, Bill Deleary and receptionist Courtney were great to deal with. Friendly and helpful Another shop had quoted $3500 and 15-16 business days for the repair and Bill told me $2000 and 4-5 business days and the care was ready in 3 days. Excellent work. Check them out.
