The owner is very rude and I would never trust this place. I highly suggest you go somewhere else and not waste your time. I inquired about purchasing a car here and drove 1.5 hours to come see it. I was rudely greeted and shown the car, it was half taken apart and full of trash. I should have run away at that point. The owner of New England frame, told me it was in a light accident and he was just putting it back together. I inquired about test driving the vehicle and he did not want to let me at that time. Also while in discussion about things I would do to the car he stated my ideas were “stupid, gay” and possibly “retarded”. I was appalled at his attitude and he was condescending, arrogant and an overall horrible salesperson. I asked about the title condition and he told me it was good to go. I ran a carfax on the vehicle and it was a total loss (when confronted with this information, he stated he bought it at an auction and he “told me” it was in an accident). I cannot stress, how much you should avoid this place. If they are this bad when selling you something complete, I would be very wary about them cutting serious corners and possibly engaging in unethical/illegal behavior (like lying about title status, condition) if you have a car fixed here. Definitely do your homework, I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time and money going here.

I wanted to buy a car that I saw for sale on Craigslist. I spoke with Paul (the owner I believe) and told him that I would be coming from Boston to see the car. He said that was fine. When I arrived he handing me the keys to the car. I asked him if he needed to copy my license. He said, "the car isnt going anywhere right now". OK, I guess… I checked under the hood and told him that I would like to have my mechanical check it out. He said, "if that is what your thinking then this isnt the car for you. Your F#$@ing crazy if you think this car is going off this lot. Tell your mechanic he can come here." So… I cant test drive it or have a professional look at it. I asked how he expects to sell the car. He then took the keys from me and continued to swear at me and say how he hates selling cars because people always want a perfect car for nothing. I dont think it is too much to ask to test drive a car that I will be paying thousands of dollars for. Horrible experience, stay clear. People like this shouldnt be in business.

I cannot express how amazing they were and how happy I am. Tyler did the work on my car and every time I look at it, I smile. My car looks better now than it did before it was damaged. Gigi at the desk was very friendly and courteous and best of all, Sadie, the dog that is always there is the best dog ever, I LOVE her! The job done was very efficient and they were very considerate of my time. They ordered the parts before I dropped off my car and it was done in under 1 week. I couldnt believe it when they called me to tell me it was already done. Also, my car was a bit of a mess inside because in the winter I get a little lazy about cleaning. When I picked up my car I couldnt even believe that they had cleaned the inside and even waxed the outside. My car looks beautiful after their expert work. I would highly recommend them and after experiencing their excellent customer service, I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else.

The lady that answers phone usually is VERY VERY rude! She hung up on me two different times when I was trying to find out the status of my car that had been there for 3 weeks. Tyler was nice and understanding and was able to provide me with proper answers. I still would NEVER take my car again to this place. First they sent appraisal to a wrong agent at my insurance company and never followed up with them until I did. Then, when the car was ready AFTER 3 weeks, I take it home and realize that check engine light is on so I had to bring it back. Again, when they said it was done, the speed sensors were never fixed in the car and now I am taking it to another auto body shop. BEWARE. DONT GO THERE!! Horrible group of guys!

Im a United States 3rd Generation Marine, I dont expect to be treated different, but, thus company has my Money and hasnt returned my calls. I am sending them a 93A letter and suing them, I own many boarding Houses and 3 months ago I paid for them to fix a tenant who lost an arm and works two jobs, they are now finding out they have my money and the car as well for over 2 months, I would not recommend dealing with a company as heartless and unprofessional. At this point my just want back the money, and damages and legal fees, if anyone has had a problem with a company Google 93A demand letter

I have been doing business with New England Frame for many years and I have never had a problem no matter what the job was. Auto Body work, Excellent. Mechanical work, Perfect. I have sent many people to have their vehicle worked on by New England Frame and have heard nothing but great things. I do not understand why anyone would say anything negative about them, I believe they must have an ulterior motive.

I dealt with a guy named Tyler on the phone and a guy named Bobby at the shop. Wicked nice and respectful from my experience. They have reasonable prices and dont try to force anything on you . Theyre very descriptive when they give you the estimate and make it easy to understand. Ill definitely be going back. Dont let the negative reviews for the car sales deter you from a great set of people.

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! The owner and secretary are great people. I have been going for a few years now. They make me feel like family. They are also very honest about what is wrong with my car. Im so glad I found New England Frame!!
