I cant say enough good things about my experience with Dean Auto Collision Center! My husband and I were involved in car accidents about 3 weeks apart. We had our cars in the body shop at the same time and they did fantastic work on both cars. My husbands car was brand new and it honestly looked better aftet they fixed it than when he picked it up at the dealership.The customer service was great at both Dean and at Richmond for the rental cars. Dino makes every customer feel like theyre family and he couldnt have been more attentive to every detail. He knows his business and makes the whole experience a pleasant one. Thank you Dino for all your help and I will definitely be referring anyone who needs body work done to Dean Auto!

Deano has literally made terrible days much better for me. He is always going to make you feel like you are in good hands, they can handle anything and will put you in a much better rental than your insurance company will while they fix your vehicle. I couldnt recommend a better body shop for when your day went bad because of an accident. Not only that it they did top notch work on my brand new truck and cleaned and detailed every square inch including the outside. It was literally WAY cleaner than when I picked it up from the dealer. I would recommend anyone and everyone here I really appreciate how well this shop took care of me.

I am so impressed with my whole experience. They offer the best prices, the warmest customer service and a sweet free loaner car. Its clear they take pride in their work. Not only were the repairs done well, they cleaned the interior of my car as well.

To many cars parked in the front of the building I live next door I love walking because Im a pedestrian every time I walk up on North main Street a car driving on the sidewalk and I have to move out of the way Im sick and tired seeing to many cars
