Minucci Auto Body was recommended to me by a family member, and I have to say that I am very happy that the recommendation came! After a small accident, my car needed some small repairs on the front and rear end. This being my first vehicle issue since moving to the area, I was searching for an auto shop that does an excellent job, since my car was only 5 months old. Minucci came through with flying colors - my car actually looks newer now than it did off the lot, and you cannot tell that the car has ever been in an accident! The people here care about you the quality of their work and you can tell that they put this as a top priority. I never felt rushed on the phone, and never felt like I was "just another customer." I highly recommend Minucci Auto Body repair!

Fantastic work and Very Honest!! I have been to Minucci Auto Body about four times now. I would not even consider taking my car anywhere else. I have been to a few auto body shops over the years and I am grateful to have found John. He takes great pride in his work. His work is of the highest quality. And, not only that, John is very honest and its a pleasure doing business with him. Getting into a car accident is awful and very stressful. But at least I know, I will be in good hands and well taken care of right down to having a rental car ready. I have also recommended Minuccis to all my friends.

Best auto body shop in this area. The tailgate of my SUV was not aligning correctly. It needed to be adjusted before I took the car to the dealership and have them re-calibrate the cameras. John did an exquisite job. I got my car the very next day. He also did not charge me. He asked me to pay him only if the dealer was able to re-calibrate the cameras successfully. When I went back to pay him, he charged by $10 less than the original quotation. They are simply the best in this area. Their work is great, on-time and best of all they dont overcharge.

I just did two bumper replacement with them. John is very professional and pleasant to work with. Not only they put in new bumper and a headlight, they cleaned the car inside out. They provide detailed and accurate item by item quote for you. They surprised me by delivering beyond and above my expectation with my second car bumper replacement job. There is a dent in the front fender that is not part of the repair quote. "When we put in the new bumper, the car does not look right with the dent. So we took car of it, free of charge." Wow!

I fixed my car at Minucci recently, a couple of weeks ago. They did superb job. Car looks like new. They fixed it in very short time. John organized rental car for me from Enterprise and did all negotiation with insurance company. He called me a few days before car was ready to schedule pick up. Everything was ready by that time . Not only excellent job was done to my car, but also they are very nice, honest, responsible and exact people. I can recommend Minucci Auto Body shop to everyone. Thanks a lot for doing wonderful job

Really helpful people. After reading all the good reviews about them here I went to them for a very minute dent which I got when someone hit my parked car. The guy there cleaned the dented part and showed that it was not something that needed repair. Didnt charge. Fairly and correctly diagnosed the thing. If my car has any issue in future, these are the people I will be going back to. They have won a customer for life just with their politeness, helpfulness and sincerity.

They do excellent job!! I have brought my car to Minucci Auto Body two times. My first time, the hood of my car needed to be painted. The paint color matched exactly like the rest on my car and looks great. My second time was when I had an accident. I called John and he took care of everything immediately. My car was fixed within a week. I would highly recommend Minucci Auto Body to all my friends and family.

This is my fourth experience with Minucci. They did a terrific job, and they were on time as always. Plus they are nice! Its bad enough to have had an accident, and then go to the body shop. John makes this almost pleasant, and my car has not been this clean since it was new. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it.

They did all the negotiating with insurance and the car came back in amazing condition compared to how I left it. He also worked the weekend to get it done even though we expected in the middle of the next week. They take care of their returning customers and make an accident repair as painless as it can be.

They do an amazing job. Theyre pleasant and professional. The service and communication is excellent +++++. My car looks great and they even cleaned the inside! They are wonderful to deal with. You cannot find a better place to have your auto body repairs done.
