So thankful for everyone at East Bay Autobody!!! Went in after a car accident stressed out because I was with my 6month old daughter. They automatically lended me a hand and made sure I was well taken care of. From towing my car to making sure all the paperwork with insurances were done properly and leaving with a rental, its a one stop shop that will make sure you leave with all your needs met. Recieved my car in an applicable amount of time. Carole the secretary is the best!!! Special thanks to her for helping me calm my daughter and myself. Wouldnt go anywhere else made me feel like part of their family.

Great work done by these guys. They even went as far as to fix things "just because".... Great communication with the whole process and I got my car back extremely fast. Dont hesitate to work with these guys they will make your car look brand new. By the way they always do a full detail to the vehicle prior to getting it back to its customers.... Went here with a limited production Saab 9-3 Viggen, and they told me if its too hard to find the correct rear bumper that they would just use a regular 9-3 bumper. The bumpers arent even remotely similar. The customer service was horrendous, and they even had the audacity to tell me that my lawyer was stupid for sending me down there to have it looked at.

I had a very comfortable experience. From the waiting room to the management through the whole entire process with the insurance company. They also had me in a rental and gone in 15 minutes. My car came out beautiful and cleaner than when I picked it up New from the dealer. If you have the need , I highly recommend their services.

Fast and exceptional service they took good care of my 2013 chevy malibu which only went in for rear damage ...they also have the rental car company on their premises so easily accessible to leave! Easy to get to from the highway
