I recently had a car repaired at Authentic Auto Body in Holliston, and was extremely pleased with the experience. Steve (the owner) spoke to me at length over the phone when I first contacted him about my car’s repairs. I was concerned about the cost since it is an older car (2002 Camry), so Steve looked into the parts it would need and was able to give me an estimate over the phone for two different and distinct repairs that my car needed. I had the car towed there and the tow truck was late arriving, but Steve knew it was coming and waited there to receive it. He kept me up to date on the progress, and called before proceeding when he found an additional issue with the car (needed two tires). The car was finished on time, and the final bill was within $2 of the original quote. I was able to pick the car up on a Saturday morning, and was pleased to see a bright, organized office area where the paperwork is handled. (Many shops treat their offices like an extension of the shop, and are not very inviting!) It was so refreshing to deal with such a professional young business owner in today’s world, especially when he is honest, communicates well, and does not inflate prices to the point where I might not have bothered to repair this older car. I highly recommend this repair shop. Thanks to the repairs, I intend to get another 100K miles from my Camry, and you can be sure Authentic Auto Body will be the first call I make the next time I need repairs.

I just picked up my 2015 Jeep which feels like brand new again inside and out! I would not consider myself an easy customer and Steve at Authentic Auto Body was up to the challenge and exceeded every expectation I could have ever had during the process. Dealing with a damaged vehicle is stressful in every way and Steve hand held me through the process in every way. I will recommend anyone I know here. He clearly goes above and beyond because he loves what he does, which was evident to me throughout the process in many ways... From my first interaction, it was clear that Steve was detail oriented and managed my expectations about the process upfront-he was super proactive with me and what I appreciated the most was how he continuously followed up with me and remained professional in dealing with my hectic schedule of making arrangements for the car. He was very patient with me and accommodating!! The car looked absolutely gorgeous at pick up time- the interior and exterior both restored to new condition, the heavy cleaning detail on inside the car was a very pleasant surprise! Just got my car back after going back & fourth for days with the insurance company. Steve, the owner, was nothing but helpful and was always there to answer any questions I had, and to calm me down. He was kind enough to tow my car from my house, and help me with a rental car without any headaches! No other auto body shop has ever provided such a service like this for me in the past in such a smooth and easy manner. Upon the cars arrival, not only did it look like the accident never happened, but it was clean inside and out! Steve and his team completely detailed my car for me and it looked just as good, if not better than the day I bought it. Im truly impressed by the customer service, and someone always there to pick up my phone call without being transferred 10 times. Steve (the owner) and his team are absolutely amazing! I dropped my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee off to get two large rust spots (on the fender and back door) repaired, and I couldnt be happier with the results! My car looks brand new, and you couldnt even tell that the rust had ever been there to begin with. Steve made sure that I was in the loop, so I knew exactly when my car would be ready to be picked up. He was extremely understanding and made sure that I understood what he was going to do to get rid of the rust. I left the shop with a price estimate on how much the job was going to cost, which was great as many other places wouldnt even give me an estimate. My car looked flawless when I picked it up. The inside and outside were spotless, and I couldnt even believe how perfect it looked. I cant recommend this place enough for both small and large repairs. I recently brought my 2015 Toyota Tacoma to Authentic Auto Body & Collision after accidentally hitting a deer on Winter Street in Holliston at 5 in the morning on a Tuesday (I know, not an ideal start to my day). Typically you hear some horror stories about working with Insurance companies and Auto Body shops to fix these damages, but upon bringing my car to the Authentic Auto Body team I knew I had made the right choice. From the moment I arrived at the shop, Steve Proia, the owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating in taking on the project. I would have to say what stood out to me the most was the consistent feedback I received on the progress of my car, actually picking up my car on the day he promised (go figure, right?), and when I drove out of the garage my car looked like I just took it off the dealership lot for the first time. I would highly recommend Authentic Auto Body & Collision

I cannot recommend Authentic Auto Body enough! After my accident I didnt know where to begin between insurance, a rental car and choosing an auto body shop. After contacting Steve he went above and beyond my expectations and made a stressful time so easy. I never made one phone call to insurance or rental companies, they literally took care of everything for me from start to finish. To top it off, Authentic Auto Body picked up my car from my house, dropped off my rental car and then did the same for both when my car was finished! It came back to me looking better than before the accident and they even detailed it for free. I cannot thank Steve and his company enough and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs any type of car service. Steve was recommended to us by a long-time resident in Holliston, and after doing business with him, we found Steve is truly a great and friendly person. Recently we took our new SUV to his auto shop to replace the rear door and side mirror after a minor accident. Steve gave us a pretty accurate estimate on the price before he started the work, and then worked with our insurance company seamlessly throughout the entire process. Since it took some time to order the parts, we left our car there for more than a week. Steve kept us updated on the progress. After finished the work, he cleaned our car, waxed the entire body, and did the state inspection for the SUV without any extra charge. He even delivered the SUV to our home for free. I highly recommend Steve and his body shop to anyone, and we will certainly do business with him in the future!
