Went in for my haircut today with juju and booked an appointment in advance for 4pm. She was constantly interrupted and another customer abruptly asked when my haircut would be done after waiting for just 10 mins. Juju spent about 15 mins on my hair, i felt rushed and she didnt even trim my bang. For styling, She simply put a bit of hair gel in my hair. To be fair, she was pleasant the whole time. I just dont think its professional to rush your service with your customer. At the end, I was debating whether to even to tip since I was not completely satisfied with my half finished hair cut. She told me they could not take credit card and did not trust me to get cash from nearby atm, then asked how much I would tip her. I tipped generously, but It was just a horrible experience overall. Im never coming back to this place.

The hairdresser Ken is the best!!! Ive been to Boston for more than 10 years and was struggled to find a good hairdresser. My hair is thick and frizzy. Most of the hairdresser uses razor to cut my hair, which makes the frizzy situation even worse. But Ken used only a pair of scissors to cut my hair. He cut it a little by little to make sure it is even on both sides. My hair looks sooooooooo good. Also, the price here is unbeatable ($20 for student, $25 for non-student). Highly recommend!

The lady who washed my hair was really nice and might have been the owner. After the wash, she directed me to a chair to wait for my turn. The man who cut my hair, Sam, was able to speak both English and Mandarin and took the time to understand what I wanted. He gave me a really great short haircut that I love! Will definitely be going back for my trim in a couple months.

My partner got a hair straightening and cut done here. Though not all of the stylists speak English, and he doesnt speak any Chinese, between some photos he had of how he wanted his hair to look and the translation assistance of the English-speakers, he came out looking like he wanted. I hung out during the procedure and everyone was really nice to me too.

Pretty decent salon! All cuts comes with shampooing and simple styling afterwards. Haircuts arent exceptional but is plenty good for about 20 dollars, discount available if youre a student! They dont really speak English though so its best to bring a picture of what you want. Kenny (might be Kevin?) do speak Cantonese, Madarin, and Vietnamese (!!)

An awesome place, I went for a hair cut with Ken, he was so precise and really took his time to make the cut perfect. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend! The best part is that its so well priced, only $28 for a cut and style, thats unbeatable in Boston!

I dont expect good service in Chinatown. This place is reasonably clean and people are reasonably polite. For Asian hair, it is good to have an Asian hair stylist. My stylist was Sam and he is pretty good to have discussion about how I want to cut my hair. The total cost for wash, cut and dry was $30.

I absolutely love the haircut i got from here. A lady called Ling did a perfect job. I got a picture of what kind of cut i want along with me and Ling just gave me a fantastic haircut. Its 28 $ and includes hairwash and the cut. I am in total love with my hair.....this is my fav spot !

Candy was awesome. She did my balayage. First time ever coloring my hair so I was very nervous but she was very attentive and made sure too explain each step of the process. Hair came out exactly the way I wanted it (maybe even better).
