I went to a different salon first to get highlights, low lights and a cut. Walked out looking like a clown! I was so embarrassed of my new hairstyle that I canceled my Saturday night plans. Plus, I had a job interview two days later. I ended up going to an Aveda store a few hours later in search of a toner so that I could try to fix the color myself, where a very nice associate recommended Niki at DC to me. She was able to see me the very next day (Sunday) and fixed not only the color, but my crooked cut as well. My hair looks fabulous now! On a negative note, the new location needs some TLC. It looks like they havent yet hired a cleaning service. The other shocking thing is the prices! I had never before paid $70 to have my hair toned; thankfully, I had a $25 off coupon. Based on other reviews, I will likely never get a blow dry either if its going to cost me an extra $40.

I love this salon. I was new to the area and missed my stylist from my hometown, so I was really nervous to try a new salon. Donna consulted with me for a while to get the perfect colors for my highlights and low lights, and even made suggestions for other colors which look great. My color stayed as vibrant as the first day I had it colored and my hair color can get dull easily. She even trimmed my hair, which I usually dread (from so many bad hair cuts in the past) and it looks great. I am a very picky client, and I feel great when I walk out of this salon.

I had a wonderful experience at Daryl Christopher. The new salon is simple yet elegant. The service that was provided was outstanding. From hair washing, styling, color and even a complimentary hand massage. My experience was with Vera. She did a remarkable transformation. Im beyond happy with the results. After receiving a superb massage at this salon, I was assigned to a cosmetician who probably was never instructed what a facial procedure is, what the salon advertises in its catalogue, and was never reviewed on the job. I received less than 50% of procedures described in the salons catalogue for the specific facial, and the cosmetician spent in the room with me about 25 out of 50 minutes.

I have had a variety of services done at Daryl Christopher and have yet to disappointed. The atmosphere is serene and sophisticated and the employees are all professional and friendly. Hilda is amazing with hair and Ann-Marie gives a great massage. If you are looking for a high quality facial, I would recommend Olga. Looking forward to my next appointment!
