I stopped in here for a haircut last month when I was unable to get a same-day appointment with my regular barber. What a mistake. The woman who cut my hair carelessly ran clippers up the sides and back of my head like she was in a race to finish as quickly as possible. She missed several spots and left me with patches of long hair and other patches that were nearly bald. I dont know where Great Clips is finding their employees or how theyre vetting them before turning them loose on the public or if this is a company wide issue or just this location - but BEWARE - the employees in this location clearly have no training, no regard for your hair, and no respect for their customers. I was forced to go to another stylist to shave my head down to a 1 grade and then had to wait for it to grow back because Great Clips butchered my hair so badly. If you want to look like you just got a prison haircut, by all means, go to Great Clips in Dartmouth. Otherwise, avoid this place at all costs.

First Strike) I went first checking in with my mom then saw my name go up second in line. Second Strike) New customers who came in after me were placed under my name in the list but got called up to get their hair cut before me. Third Strike) The way it was handled was not acceptable, the girl made a lame excuse as to why I didnt get to go next. I was so upset, they treated me like I didnt matter and wasnt even there! Needless to say, I didnt get my hair cut because I was so upset. Perhaps I might have been spared a terrible haircut? I will never step foot in Great Clips EVER again!!!

Would not honor coupon sed if its not from Groupon then we dont take em. so she then charged me over 30$ for two haircuts.. bull crap will not be going back. They also dont know how to cut hair. had to keep telling them to trim the sides from left over hair, improper technique.
