I’ve been visiting this salon every 4 weeks for over a year now and I can’t say enough great things about the staff there. They’re friendly, funny, and most importantly they’re real people—the kind of people who actual care about how you’re doing and take the extra minute ask—just a warm and positive place. Patrizio does my cut and I’m always surprised by his innate ability to just know what look I’m going for. He’s transitioned me through 3 different styles from short to long and then back to short and it’s been seamless—I’ve never felt like my hair was an awkward length or the proportions were off. Patrizio is meticulous in his methodology—checking and rechecking to make sure every strand of hair is cut perfect. His cuts could be 10 times more expensive and I would still pay because they look that expensive. Earlier this year I wanted a change in color (from dark brown to light grey) and now Patrizio has helped achieve and maintain my color for months. My hair is healthy and shines and it’s all because Patrizio knows what my hair needs and why it needs it. Thanks to these folks I get complements on my hair every day and I’m not exaggerating. EVERY DAY. When I decide to go a little lighter or darker the people at the coffee shop and the grocery store notice and even random people come up and tell me how much the love it—at work I’m known as ‘The Silver Fox’ so…mission accomplished :)

Wow what can I say. On walking in I asked is there a wait. I got a sarcastic ... well no one is here...should have left then. Two attempts at a good cut and both disappointing. First time the cut was too short. Hey it happens. Another chance today and hairdresser actually buzzed off a large part of my beard and then asked why I hadnt shaved the other side? Like she had not been the one who did it. I didnt have my glasses on so I couldnt tell how badly mangled it was until I got home. I think her name is Christina. Very negative atmosphere. Yelled at a younger hair dresser in the middle of my cut. I would like to blame the hairdresser alone but since she runs the place it all on her. I wish I could give no stars.

I was nervous to get my haircut, from a bad experience and explained that to Christine!! She cut my hair and it looked good until I got home and really check in out one side is longer then the other, she thinned it out way to much, I wanted layers but instead my hair is a mess, now I have to go to another place, spend more money and my time!!!! I am very upset!! Will never go here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called ahead and asked if they knew how to do ethnic hair, they said yes. I went in for a short cut and color. The coloring is splotchy in certain areas and my "clean up" cut is not even close to being cleaned up. If you have straight fine hair you should be fine, if not, dont expect much.

Id love to review how my hair came out but with over two hours before closing, they couldnt do a simple color . very rude . employees were just hanging out with maybe one other customer there . I went up the street paid $20 less & its awesome

Worst experience ever. Last few times new trainee was assigned to cut the hair. She did not even know how to hold the machine and scissors. I decided not to go again to this worst place.
