Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I had been hearing a noise from the front drivers side tire and asked them to take a look. I was informed that I needed new struts and that they would get a quote for me. I have a friend who is a service provider and asked him how much. Midas came back with a quote that was 4 times the amount that my friend provided me. When I informed the manager of that he rudely told me I should have brought my car there for the oil change then. I brought my car to the other service place to replace the struts and was informed that there was nothing wrong with them. I had some broken screws that was causing the noise. Dont bring your car here

This place is a joke. I go in for an oil change and they back my car up into the garage door, and dont have the courtesy of letting me know. They got caught red handed because I saw them do it. Pathetic! Not loyal to their customers at all. And they didnt even apologize. The price is way higher than the competitors even after a coupon I had

Poor customer service. I was told a half hour for oil change. Droped my car off and when I returned 2 hours later, they still didnt get to my vehicle. I went across the street to JR Super Lube, and they completed an oil change withon 20 min. It was worth 10 extra bucks. Maybe they were having an off day?
