This place is filthy. Parts are all over the counter and things are all cluttered. Everything is full of black grease Walls, floors etc. I went to do an oil change that I do every time in the Lowell meineke but since I was in woburn I decided to do it there. My car was denied because the bumper was too low and the guy there seemed to be in a pissed off mood. Ill just stick to lowell meineke, they take me in and Im out of there in 30 minutes. Plus the Lowell locations is clean, have clean waiting room with coffee and TV and WiFi and a station for kids to play in.

Fast in-take of the car. Called when they said they would with the estimate. We discussed options for service under the estimate - didnt feel like I was getting up-sold into something I didnt need. Car was ready when promised. Honored a presented coupon without haggling. Will use again. Will recommend to others

I wouldnt recommend this place. Poorly maintained. I had to go change oil again. They have oil in a big container, from which they dip a mug, fill it and pour.
