I was locked out of my house and had called the first locksmith that appeared on google search. They were VERY late, so I called around. This locksmith helped me out by keeping the other locksmiths rate capped to his lower rate. And he was honest, helpful and genuine. We might have had another locksmith solve the problem b/c they showed up as I was talking to this locksmith. But I truly believe had it not been for the conversation, information & follow-up, I would have been charged an awful lot more money. They are now in my phone contacts for future reference and I Facebooked this story to my neighborhood. Thanks so much!

I contacted H Perron website via their electronic submission link at 12 midnight, I got a call at 8AM first thing in the morning. That tells they are service oriented people. The technician Tim showed up on time, was very professional, looked at the 6 different doors/locks and proposed a solution to reduce the number of keys from 6 to 2 . In a matter of 2 hours at most he was done, re-keyed all 6 doors and made duplicate copies for back up. Great service, good people, reasonable rates.. A+++

Called H. Perron Locksmith at around 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon for a surface deadbolt replacement at a business. We couldnt afford to have a faulty front door lock all weekend, and H. Perron Locksmith really stepped up to the plate. The technician showed up within 15 minutes, and was done with the replacement 20 minutes later. Friendly, fast, attentive service. Highly recommended A++. Not to mention, fair prices for "emergency" service.

We had H.Perron Locksmith install an anti-shim guard on our commercial door recently and the install was quick, easy, and professional. A little pricey for what they did (it was mostly the labor charge of $100 per hour) but it was worth it in the long run since I now feel more secure about my door.

I called two locksmiths on a Monday morning to fix a jammed dead bolt. H. Perron picked up the phone, came to my house 30 minutes later. John helped me get a rare part and finished the job the same day. I would highly recommend them and use them again. The other company still hasnt called me back.
