I somewhat agree with the other reviewer - when I arrived, the young woman was on the phone, sounded like she was talking to a friend. I was waiting around a couple minutes until she finished her conversation. After, she apologized and duplicated a car key for me. It was fast in my opinion, only took her about a minute. I tried it in my car, and it only fit in the ignition in one direction, not both ways like my original key. She said the key just had to wear in, so maybe thats the case. They are cheaper than any other place around that I could find, which was great. I just wish the customer service was a little better, but I would go back if I needed another duplicate key.

When I arrived, the owner (a young lady) was busy gossiping about her personal life to someone who was apparently her tax / business consultant. She didnt acknowledge me for a full 2 minutes until the consultant felt bad and suggested she attend me. The owner never said hi, can I help you? A terrible customer treatment. Make things worse, the new key copy does not work! I have to return there to request a new one! This is not rocket science, cmon...
