Brought my son for a cut over the weekend, he was growing his hair out for a style he wanted. Dont know who cut his hair but I will never waste my money here again! Showed her a picture and she did nothing like what we wanted! Could had saved the money and done it myself.! Asked me if the length was okay on top I said yes thats good and she continues to snip away!! Not to mention his line up is not even at all!!! Grew his hair for nothing!! So mad, such a waste of time and money! What a disappointment!!! Woman was also rude and not friendly at all. Unprofessional and terrible service. Doesnt even deserve a star on this one!!

I just moved here and have not been to get my hair cut in a long time. The sign advertized that a cut, shampoo and dry was 22.95 and up. When the lady asked me to get my hair dried, she did not tell me it would be 26.00 more than what I was all ready being charged. Instead of a 25.00 hair cut I left with a 50.00 hair cut. HUGE DIFFERENCE! I explained I should have been told. All the other lady sd was sorry with the sarcastic smirk on her face. I also told the lady doing my hair no products. She used three different products on my hair. Im very displeased with Super Cuts and the service!

Haircuts are fine, but appointments are meaningless. They encourage you to call ahead so you dont have to wait. This is BS. Called ahead for a 10:30 haircut. Arrived at 10:25. Waited a half hour, while they took two other people ahead of me and hair cutting folks messed around in the back -- the place was not particularly busy. Waited until after my cut to speak to the manager, who seemed to think I was out of line for being irritated. Message to Supercuts: if you cant or wont honor appointments, dont take them.

I love this place. Never a bad haircut and the price is right. I used to pay $26.00 plus tip at my old place that had VERY limited hours. At Supercuts, I go in with no appointment, get a great haircut, and only pay $25.00 including tip.

As for a haircut got a trim....In too much of a hurry to cut the next persons hair. Asked for my bangs to be cut and basically was talked out of it. I always tip well too gave $10 for 2 minute hair cut I could have done myself.

Been here about 6 times and had 5 different hair dressers and always a great haircut. They seem to all be very good with mens short haircuts.
