I have a new job in Waltham and was looking for a salon that was close to my new workplace. I decided on Pinnacle because of its great reviews on several sites. I booked an appointment with who ever was available, which turned out to be Jay. As the day of my haircut arrived, I had no trouble finding the place. However, when I walked in, I thought I was in someones house! I think the owner must live above this salon because the downstairs literally used to be someones living room and dining room! Also, no one client getting their haircut was below the age of 70! (Me being 21, I felt very out of place) It was fine, just not what I was expecting. Everyone who works at the salon is so friendly. I dont really like to talk much when I get my haircut because I practically fall asleep, so I felt a little out of the loop next to the 20-year clients. Jay cut my hair fantastically. I have really thin hair, but a WHOLE lot of it. So if someone doesnt cut it right it sticks out at weird angles and get tangled. But Jat cut it perfectly both times with layers that looked amazing. I didnt do anything to my hair after I showered the next day and it looked just as good as when Jay styled it. I think Im going to call right now and get myself an appointment with Jay!

I have had my hair cut and colored in salons in NY, LA and Boston.... I have paid crazy amounts of $ that one should not spend on hair.... and then right here in the little town of Waltham I met my hair destiny.... JAY! Not only is he the best of Waltham, but the best of the East Coast. The friendly staff that are always so sweet and happy to see you and the way they make you feel right at home are just some of the perks of spending time here every couple of months. Its affordable, easy parking and hair is always how I like it. Deb (the owner) is good people and good times. I always walk in there with a smile on my face and leave grinning ear to ear feeling BEAUTIFUL! Thats what its all about. If I move from this state, I will travel back just to have my hair done.

Very comfortable salon with an outstanding staff. Im actually the third member of my family(and the first guy) to adopt Pinnacle as our absolute go to hair cutting emporium. For my part I had the good fortune to start seeing Natasha as my stylist. She has the patience to listen to what you like done and the expertise to do it. In my case her wizardry at managing my beard is nothing short of astounding. I knew I had found the right place when a women came up to me in the supermarket and told me she loved "the Sean Connery thing youve got going with your beard". Thats what Im talking about.

I was looking for a hair salon to have my hair done on the day of my sons wedding. I called so many places and when I called Pinnacle the woman who answered the phone was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. I walked in and right away was welcomed and Crystal who did my hair I can not say enough about. She was so friendly and knew what would be best for my hair and I got so many compliments on my hair. The owner Debbie was so nice as everyone else. I was served coffee and donuts and felt so special. I will be going there from now on. Thank You so much, Crystal. Terry Antonelli

Despite the pouring rain, inside Pinnacle was bright and cheery. Not only was my stylist a sweetheart but the entire staff was friendly and made contact with me at some point (usually the other stylists do their very best to ignore everyone else!). Add that to the reasonable prices and incredible talent, and Im thrilled to have found my new salon after recently moving and dreading that first new cut. I tried it based on the reviews here, so thank you to all those who took the time to recommend Pinnacle. I rarely post reviews but they deserve a strong client base.

Warm and inviting atmosphere with friendly knowledgeable staff. I absolutely loved my experience. After explaining what I wanted my stylist knew immediately what to do and gave me a great result. My cut was a little more expensive than other places I have been but, was very worth the quality of experience and degree of care I received.

I moved to Waltham over a year ago and have gone to numerous salons. I actually live across the street from Pinnacle and never thought to go in there. I called one day and there was an available appointment with Natasha and Ive been going to her ever since. She does an AMAZING JOB!

I read glowing reviews about this place, and they DELIVERED. Made me feel right at home with coffee and donuts, super friendly staff, great haircut (by Jay), reasonably priced ($30), and they are dog friendly!
