Best hair salon Ive been to. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful, and they are all fantastic hairdressers. I highly recommend Bran because hes such a sweetheart and he is insanely talented. My hair has never looked as good as it does now because of Bran. Absolutely fantastic. And hes smart and nice; he knows a lot about what products are good for your hair type but he wont pressure you into buying products -- just spreading knowledge. Truly the greatest. The salon also sells really great products, and everything is 10% off if you buy it in addition to a service. Average price, $35 womens cut. They accept credit/debit but for tips its cash only (some stylists have their own personal card scanner on their phone for tips though -- I know Bran does). Anyway, great place. Great service. Great price.

After taking my 13 year old daughter to several different salons and "quick trim" locations, I brought her here. She has extremely thick, very curly, insanely difficult hair. They did a wonderful job! For the first time, she received a cut that complimented the curl, and was easy to manage. They took the time to give us some helpful hints to make maintaining her hair easier, for different seasons and different weather conditions. They suggested products that would help us between visits. Im so glad we decided to go to Lords & Ladys. Im never taking my daughter anywhere else again!

Ask for Brandon... He made sure I was comfortable during my entire visit. He listened to my concerns about my hair and responded with expert advice in terms I could understand. I dont usually talk much with my stylist, but we ended up talking the whole time because he is just so easy to be around! I truly feel he brought out the best in me, through my hair. It looks amazing and he gave me lots of good styling tips. A very creative and talented person! Also, the prices are fair for the quality of service here. I highly recommend this salon and will be going back for my next cut!

Tried twice to get my eye browns done in a couple days span here. You cant get them Done. Either they have a 3 hour wait or the girl who knows how to do them is not there. Advice ; how about train your 6 stylists you have there to do them. I know 15 mins of service is so hard for you guys but I wont be back.

Great service and friendly staff, my stylist Thomas Bentely knew exactly what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about different styles and cuts. Told me everything I needed to know about maintaining my new hair style and did it all for a great price. Highly recommend

Went to get a trim, now my hair is 3 different layers!!! The front has short and long hair, and the back is all messed up. Waisted $35, dont think the girl knew what she was doing, obviously not. wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!

Worst salon. Gave them a picture of what I wanted and she had no idea how to do it and ruined my hair. Never going to this place again.
