The only reason I gave this place two stars and not one is because they actually did good styling my friends hair. However, the customer service was not so great. Let me start off by saying I know that it was wrong of my friend to be short on money and that he shouldve read the prices. It was crappy that he was short a dollar for his haircut and it was already near closing time. I wouldve totally understood if this woman had just put his name in the system so he couldnt come back again. Which she did. And that was understandable and completely okay. However, the way she talked down to us was unnacceptable considering that my friend apologized and we were going to get the money to pay and tip her within ten minutes. This is what she said to my friend, "This is not okay. You cant just come into places and not have enough money to pay. Thats stealing." (okay, true.) but then she continues on and says, "especially this close to closing time because now youre cutting into my time but its okay Ill hang out with you guys a bit more." she said in a really rude and sarcastic tone. We waited for someone to bring us the money for about 10-15 minutes and it wasnt 9:00 (closing time) just yet. She was really mean and even I felt uncomfortable even though she wasnt talking to me. Again, I know its wrong to be short on money and yes we were holding her up later than she wanted to be there but she had no reason to be so rude. Its not like my friend ran off without paying the full price and didnt leave a tip. He already felt bad about it and she just kept going on and on about how she had to stay because of him. No matter where you work, if someone comes in a half hour before closing time, you have to serve them. It wad rude and immature of her to talk to a customer like he was nine years old all because he didnt pay her ninety five cents right away. Horrible customer service. Nice job with the haircut though!

Went there for years. Im male. and about as easy in the hair-cutting department as youre going to get. Number 4 up the sides. Enough left on the top so I can comb it back. Never had the same associate twice. Never had the same haircut twice. Sometimes, the wife and the people at work said "Great!" Sometimes the wife winced and the people at work said "Youre lucky your hair grows back so fast." Went in there today. Gave my name to the lady. I guess they missed my name on the list. Sat there for two hours, reading a book, as they called people who had arrived a half hour, then an hour, then an hour and a half after me. Finally, this really nice Hispanic guy said when his name was called, "Werent you here first?" And I said, "Yes, about two hours ago. But please go ahead." And I walked out the door. I wont be back. I have never been treated worse outside of a government office.

Hair cut was adequate, customer service is horrendous. Returned 5 days later to exchange a product. Manager is rude and actually somewhat lazy and useless. While standing in line to exchange a defective pump item, I observed her being extremely short and rude to a phone customer. When I was waited on, she refused to exchange the defective never used item even though it was theirs . She also stated she would not look up the sale via credit card... useless Rude Better choices to get services...

Just walked in after a long day of work, asked if they were still open. Says 9 pm online. 8pm on the door. I show up at 7:50. I need a quick trim on short hair. Im told sry. Were closed. Really? Just need a quick cut. We close at 8. Well ok then. Guess you couldnt use the $. Or tip! Thanks. I guess Ill stick to my barber!

Worst hair cut ever. This establishment should be closed down. Idk why and how are they still in business. The ppl there have no customer service skills and they dont even know how to cut hair right. Makes me wonder if they even got any true education on cutting hair. (Truly doubt it). Im reporting this place.

They were understanding in some areas of the appointment. The hours do need to be updated. They accept walk ins and so a "change of shift" is no excuse to turn away a customer or put them on an hour wait.

Worst super cuts ever in history. could have done a one length hair cut at house lady didnt no how to fade had to pay $16 for a 2 minute hair cut with one length

Its a Supercuts, and I have 5 stars because there is rarely any wait after 5pm on weeknights. I really love that a haircut can be over in 20mins.
