I called to make an appointment 2 days in advance. Asked for a particular stylist as referenced in the feedback here. I was told that person no longer worked there, but that there Were several stylists just as good. I then asked to book for 2pm. I. Was told 2:30pm. I showed Up at 2:05pm as I told. Them I had a time constraint. Told by the front desk person I Would be seen In 25 minutes. I said No problem. There was only 1 stylist there with 1 customer. I then saw a guy walking about. From back of store area to front of store. He at 2:55pm. Came up to Me and said he was sorry for the delay, I said no problem. He then Approached the stylist in a cautious scared looking manner to ask Her how Much longer she Thought and she responded with attitude. " I. Dont. Know maybe 10. Minutes. At this. Point it was 3pm. I walked out of the salon because of her zero regard for others and Her Extreme lack of customer service experience. I have been to several other fantastic SAMs in The area and never waited so Long with no one at least acknowledging me. The stylist didnt even. Say hi, or anything to me. Im damned to have someone that doesnt acknowledge me for an hour to cut my hair or give her my business. Mind you this stylist had been gabbing away with someone speaking. A foreign language, snickering for the entire hour, and never even acknowledged I existed. Ive never in my. 47. Years of living ever. Felt so unwelcomed in a hair salon in my life.

Great Experience!.....Tried out this new Salon for the first time! Pampered myself to a hair color/touch up, a cut and a blow dry. The Stylist was remarkable and awesome, with lots of input and feedback, matched my hair color perfectly. First time trying a conditioning treatment, ....and I will tell you.. conditioning treatments are the best thing ever. If any of you girls consistently color hair, a conditioning treatment is the way to go. I thinking I might get a conditioning treatment twice a month just so my hair keeps looking great and feeling soft. And well, a blow dry is always great no matter what you get, Its so relaxing. My hair felt so amazing afterwards!! Go to this Salon! Its new and Fantastic!! hahaha, had to throw the Fantastic in there!! Perfect Prices, and a Great Experience!

Eliza did an amazing job, washing was very relaxing, she cut my hair well and didnt take off too much length, and the blow dry was even more relaxing and my hair came out smooth and natural looking just how I like it. Haircuts are usually too expensive to me so I dont get them as often as I should but finding this place may have just changed my mind, planning to return in 8-10 weeks for another trim so my hair can keep growing longer. Been here twice, so far, and I love it! Great stylists and management, warm, inviting and friendly. They did an excellent job on my hair! I got a cut, color and then I got an ombre. Prices are incredible. Any other place would have been double. Definitely a must!!! Family friendly too.

Very bad experience.The person who cut my hair did not know what she was doing. She messed up my hair real bad. I was even afraid to ask her to fix it, because I dont think she knew what she was doing wrong. After my haircut, I went straight to cost cutters to get it fixed.
