Worst place to be ever.. Forget about Hair Cut which is even worse, the service is awful. They dont even say Hi, How are you? when you enter.. During your haircut, you are not supposed to utter a word coz even if you try to chat you get a blunt answer.. But when you are leaving - you get a broad smile hoping you would write a good tip. And once you write the tip - you dont even get a thank you, have a nice day. And now about the haircut - they shave only one of your sideburns and they dont follow the instructions you give... No matter what you expect to have - you definitely will not.. I would never ever in my life be to this salon again...

My wife went for a basic haircut to this place; Lady who did the haircut not only ruined the hair but also behaved very rude. My wife wanted her to do Long layers straight look, she completely ruined it and right after the haircut she just went to cash counter without even saying a single word and dint even bother to clean her face & neck after the haircut (They advertise they do Hot Towel Refresher! in their website). Not sure how this location is staying in business with these horrible employees. Service is very bad. Would NEVER EVER go back here!!!

Full disclosure: Im not picky about my hair. This shop fits the bill for me: reasonable prices, reasonable waits, someone willing to listen if I think something needs to be redone (honestly, Im not picky!). Theyre polite & friendly too. Always parking available in this little strip mall on route 9. Easier to leave via the back exit by Ogas that connects to Lakeshore Road than trying to accelerate directly back onto 9.

Marisa and Dee really are wonderful stylists, they have both did my hair and what a wonderful job, well done. Very friendly, caring, they care about there clients, opinion. When you walk into the shop they greet you, and assure you, they will be with you shortly. You leave there after there services rendered, feeling great. Thank you ladies for your service.

Supercuts always does a great job with my 5 year old sons hair. He has been getting his haircut every 6 weeks at this location for the past year (and before here at the Supercuts in West Roxbury since he was under 2) and we have never had a bad experience.

Very friendly place, glad I found it. Previous experience w/ Supercuts has been very mixed (=bad), but this place is different. Its a great value and Jen cuts my hair the way I want it. Ill definitely be back.

Super friendly atmosphere. Great people. Always get awesome haircuts from little blonde girl with boy short hair. Shes very good with kids and made my whole family feel right at home.

One of the best Supercut salons in the area. Check out Ryan, Amanda or Alex - they are all great stylists. Everything depends on the stylists as not all are great even at this place.

They messed up a simple trim on the top and skin fade on the sides, one did is more faded than the other which looks retarded. I do not recommend this place for men.
