My daughter doesnt even want to look at herself anymore. She went in for a TRIM to promote growth in her already short hair, and whoever she saw (because the hair dresser didnt even introduce herself) ruined her hair. Absolutely ruined it. They buzzed entirely too high, making the small patch of longer hair on the top of my daughters head even smaller. It looks like the kind of haircut Id give a five year old boy to be funny. My daughter doesnt even want to look in the mirror anymore because she hates what she looks like, and when she does she cant help but cry. Not only this, but they charged nearly $20 for a less than 15 minute trim (didnt even wash the hair, just buzzed and cut a bit)!!!!!!! I am angry beyond belief, and everyone I know is going to hear about it.

If you check in with the app they charge you an extra $1. My haircut was $18. It used to be $17. The guy next to me with the same haircut was still $17. Sorry its too expensive now. At this price I might as well go to a non-chain stylists or even a barber. Looking elsewhere now. The stylists have been great. Its the corporate greed that ruins the experience. If the money was going to the stylists Id be less concerned. But every year they raise the price. Meanwhile the stylists dont get raises.

Just got the worst haircut of my life. Its hit or miss as far as the haircut you will get depending on who cuts your hair. Gizelle or something like that thought she was the worlds gift to hairstyling and when she got through I had these huge clumps of hair sticking out. It got worse when she tried to fix it. Had to go to another place and pay again to get it somewhat presentable. DO NOT let this young cutesy blonde near you. She is the worst.

Went in for a simple color and will never go there again! She got hair color ALL over my face, neck and ears! I looked like a toddler had finger painted on my head. Her work was very sloppy and careless. The other girls were commenting on the mess she was making on the floor but nobody mentioned what she was doing to her customer. My skin was stained for days.

I just had the worst hair cut of my life. She soaked my shirt. And got hair all over me. She was rude and my hair cut didnt even look nice. I asked for her to angle my hair in the front and she gave me bangs that dont fit with the rest of my hair. I will never be coming back here.

Butchered My hair. It was down to my lower back and I asked for it to be no shorter than between my shoulder blades and its at the bottom of my neck . Nothing u can do with my hair no style not even close to a style. . If your a man or a boy in for a crew cute maybe but they suck

I always call ahead of time to make an appointment so Im never waiting more than 10 min. also the staff is very friendly.

Great haircut fast and really nice
