The entire staff was very professional and friendly, I got a haircut from Franchesca that went beyond my expectations. She checked in with me all along, and was very sensitive with interpretation of what I wanted, I felt very comfortable with her and the cut that I got was perfect, and the whole experience was very easy, low stress and pleasant.

The "stylist" (using the term loosely) didnt listen to what I wanted and before I could stop her from cutting it any shorter it was too late. She slaughtered my sons hair. Itll take at least a month for this crappy cut to grow out. Save your money and time. Cut your own hair at home and youll get just as good as this place.

I brought my son in for his first haircut and he was so upset about having his hair cut. He was screaming crying, the girls were so understanding & very caring towards him. The haircut itself came out wonderful, even though he was moving & crying. I highly recommend this place for childrens haircuts.

My husband just went here for the first time since we moved to Tewksbury. I cant even describe what it is they did to his hair. A five year old could have done a better job. Its all crooked, and uneven. So disappointed! Ill make sure he never goes back.

The hairstylist was not that friendly and smelled of cigarette smoke who seemed to rush through my haircut for $17. I asked for a small adjustment to my cut and she seemed Aggravated by this. Its a shame because my first experience was great here.

The stylist who cut my hair is named Sarah. She listened to what I wanted and then made suggestions about the style. I am thrilled with the way my hair looks! Sarah was great, the salon was as neat as a pin, and everyone was friendly. 5 stars!

Got my hair cut here for the first time I was in and out in 30 min.. the girl (Cynthia) who cut my hair did an awesome job and was very nice! I will definitely go back

I walked in at 8:57 PM and they accepted me. The lady who gave me the haircut took time to understand what i need and never rushed even after the closing time. Kudos!!
