I went with my daughter to get her hair done, botex treatment. I asked Jessica, hair dresser, several times if this treatment going to straighten my daughters hair and she reassured me several times that this was the best treatment for my daughters hair. We spent hours there. After 3 days, as she recommended, my daughter washed her hair and her hair was horrible. So I called Jessica immediately to book an appointment. When I went again, she was 2 hours late. She refused to redo my daughters hair and she was very rude. She told me that the credit card machine wont allow her to refund my payment and I should dispute the transaction. I did and today I got a response from my bank saying that her response was " she did the service, I was very happy and came back after a while and I refused to redo my daughters hair when she offered so."ALL OF THESES ARE LIES. They are unprofessional and very RUDE!!!!!!!! Its a ripe off!! Dont go there

I was shopping at the local Patel brothers and stopped in to get an eyebrow wax, well when I saw how great they looked I decided to go with a haircut and blowdry as well. I am happy to say everything came out perfect! I loved the service as well as how relaxing and comfortable the owner and her assistant made me feel. I will definetely be going back!

I have always had a hard time finding someone that can do my eyebrows the way I like them & she came through. I loved the way the came out & will come out again. Sylvana did a great job on my nails. My hair was beautiful. A place I will always go back to. Thank you girls for all the hard work you do to keep us looking good.

I really appreciate the service offered by ladies at J.Lex! Theyre not only good at what they do they are also very versatile and courteous! Its hard to find a good multifaceted salon in waltham that also cater to African hair! Im definitely sticking with this salon!

Just relocated from Atlanta & was looking for a salon to get a great blowout done. This salon was recommended by everyone I asked & I can see why. Rosa did a great job & I was in and out in 55mins.
