On June 21st my 5 year old daughter had a dance recital. So I figured we could go to Fantastic Sams to put her hair up in a bun since there is one up the street. We went in and we were told that it would be about a 20 minute wait. It took 40 minutes to get in. I was upset since we were on a time restraint (which I told the girl checking in); but it was busy and thats fine. We finally get someone and all she did was twist my daughters hair and put it in a bun, that was it. It took no more than 10 minutes. So we go to pay and i was charged $40!!!!!!!!! She said it was an up-do. That was NOT an up-do!!! And she is 5!!! I was disgusted and I will NEVER walk into a fantastic sams again!! What a rip off, I can not believe I was robbed by a company that is supposed to have reasonable prices.

Love my eye brow waxer but went in there yesterday to see if they they were working. I tried calling for over 45 mins and the line was busy. So I decided to go there. I asked when they would be working she was like umm at 3. I told her I tried to call and the line was busy she was like umm ok what do you want me to do about it and rolled her eyes. Called today to make a appt the receptionist wasnt professional at all and the question I was asking her when was this person working so I could come in and she stayed they work 12 to 8. Ok can I make a spot at 12 she was wait and yelled into the phone and said nvm they work 9 to 1 and then said oh wait they work 12to 8 like seriously very unprofessional!!! If I talked to a customer like that I would be written up.
