Started a family membership here and so far this place is pretty good. I am moving down to the area and left Dedham Health to join here. Rates are moderate and not as pricey as Dedham Health, however this place is about half the size. The gym is smaller and pools are about the same size although pool area in the winter is pretty cold and could be a bit warmer. Facilities are up to date and equipment and locker rooms are modern and maintained. Staff is very helpful and welcoming and it was quick to sign up. The best part though about this place is that they take the top down in the summer and it is a full outdoor pool area complete with water slids with no extra costs. Dedham Health charges a whopping $2000 to utilize the outdoor summer club which is outrageous and quite frankly a joke. I would highly recommend this place since rates are low and daycare is onsite as well.

If you fancy yourself an elitist, this is the place for you! We decided to try out the Adirondack Club by signing up for a class as a non-member. When you go to take the class, that you paid for, you are handed a green card to carry around showing you are not a member. Let that sink in, given our current tensions in this country - at least pick another color. The elitist give you the stink eye when they see your card. How dare I come to their club! Why not try making class members feel welcome? Allow them to try out other parts of the club rather than isolating them so they might have a positive experience and sign up.

New member. First visit today. The rules regime seems overly officious. Must be 14 to do this. Must be 11 to do that. Strict pool rules. Using child care center must be pre-reserved. Loosening up some of those things might create a more positive membership experience for people who have younger children. Im not usually the squeaky wheel but interested if people feel the same or differently.

friendly staff. only come here for the gym. its not that big but it has all the essentials. all the equipment is very modern and in excellent condition. gym is very well maintained. i have never seen it crowded. highly recommended. also to respond to Johnny Appleseeds comment, chalk absolutely is allowed. ive seen countless people use it without issue (myself included).

A fantastic, family-oriented health club with year-round swimming in heated pools, tennis, a great gym, and a child care facility to babysit your kids while you work out or even leave the club for a while. (Lots of other stuff, too - these are just the things that interest me.) Also a great place to hold functions and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I joined a few months ago and love it! I hired Jeannette as my Personal Trainer and couldnt have made a better choice. She is a well rounder trainer. The workouts she has me doing are challenging but enjoyable! I leave feeling energized and strong. She also teaches my children in swimming! I would recommend her to anyone!

I have been a member for almost 4 years now and I love it! My only complaint is that the life guards at the pool need to be better trained and keep a better eye on the kids so nobody gets hurt. Other then that it is an amazing place and I go there a lot
