My experience here was too terrible to not leave the worst rating possible just to warn others. First and formost it took hours because my stylist/colorist was also the receptionist and answered calls constantly(mostly personal for the other stylists) throughout my appointment. Second I brought in photo for the general idea of style and color I was looking for...long in the front and short in the back and an overall lighting. Even with the photo as reiteration I got the exact opposite of what I was looking for. A grandma haircut with a moussey brown color. Horrible. I am a blonde and had a bob when I came in...I left looking like I aged two decades with a horrible blowout. My stylist was youngish and I have spent my fair share of time in salons so I do not have unreasonable expecations. Honestly I can not think of any way this experience could have been worse. Please avoid this place.

Ive been going to this salon for years. All of the stylists are well-trained professionals; always friendly, and they keep me looking my best. I always get compliments on my hair. That says it all!!

Had the worst cut of my life here. Ended up with a bald patch on the side of my head. Would never come back to this place.....I was embarrassed to be seen for about 8 weeks afterwards.
