Gorgeous salon environment, friendly and attentive staff, reasonable pricing and amazing results. I recently went here for my wedding with two bridesmaids and my mother - everyone was thrilled with their hairstyles, especially me! My hair is very soft/fine and hard to style, but Diane worked with me and created a stunning look - I was so nervous it would fall out but it stayed through the next day! And my makeup by Emily was gorgeous too - 100% satisfied with the entire experience, would definitely recommend.

I moved to Gloucester from LA. I was looking for a high end place because I was scared of ruining my hair. I didnt care about money but the quality. I thought I found a good place. I was terribly mistaken. Over priced for what they did, more than Ive ever paid in Los Angeles.& it was only highlights when I asked for an ombré! Then they had me looking like a damn skunk! Do not go. They dont know what theyre doing.

This place is amazing!!! I go here for massages and for my hair needs. What I love about it is that besides the staff being great and so friendly and hospitable is that when you walk in, you walk in to a place of comfort thats home-like yet very sophisticated. My favorite is the bathroom so elegant and clean!!! Colleen the masseuse is an artist. I highly recommend it!

I went to West End Salon and Spa to get my nails, hair and make-up done for my wedding in Gloucester. The staff were friendly and extremely professional. Although the salon is pricey, the service was exceptional and well worth the cost, especially for such a special day. I would recommend the West End Salon and Spa!

I got to West End just for wash, cut, and blow dry and see Josie every time. She does a great job and is always so nice to talk to. I have had many a time when I have told the stylist one thing I wanted and they do the extreme opposite- Josie is not like this. She listens and fully considers your desires.

The lady that did my hair was very nice but my hair was not blown out the way I liked it, she curled it really weird as well. I would suggest going somewhere different for blowouts also it says online blowouts are like 30 it was 40 dollars ! usually blowouts are 25-30.

Terrible! The staff was rude, unprofessional and rushed. I wanted to speak with the owner after my awful experience and of course she couldnt or wouldnt talk to me. Not a smart way to run a business. NEVER would I go there or recommend it to anyone.
