Im a 19 year old guy who was looking for a trim on my long hair because barbers usually arent great with dealing with long hair. Anyway, I asked for a trim and the lady just butchered it and gave me a crappy buzzcut, couldntve been more disappointed. Not to mention it was 44$. Luckily I have 2 months before I go off to college and I will have my hair back by then. Severely dissapointed in their hair services for men. With that being said, I have no idea how the quality of their spa services are, as I have no experience with them.

Worst place I have ever been too. I had an appt for a full foil and a cut, spent over $190 for an ok foil (missed a lot of roots!). The front desk is rude, not to mention they didnt have my appt right, so when they called to confirm I had to haggle with them to get it corrected. The mgt, and I think her name was Cathy or Kathleen, was even more rude than the desk help. My stylist was nice, but I refuse to go there again. No cust svc to the point of ridiculous rudeness, and way overpriced!!

I had been going to the same hair place for 15 years before deciding it was time for a change. From the second I walked in the door I was well taken care of by the staff. I went with a completely new hair style. At 46 who knew I could feel so beautiful and youthful. While the Salon feels very upscale it was the same price that I had been paying. I would recommend Andrew Michaels to anyone looking for a change from the same old thing they have been doing with their hair.

I hadnt thought about getting a haircut at a spa - this is definitely a nice place, that offers a wide variety of spa treatments, massages, facials, etc. Their hair department is fantastic. I pay over 40 bucks anyways to get a GOOD haircut, and price was about the same here. The hairdresser did a great job with my cut, and Ill be going back here in 6 weeks for my next cut.

After receiving a gift card I took last Friday off of work and did an all day package at the spa. Within the first 15 minutes, all of my stress was gone. The facility was beautiful, the staff was great and the services were amazing. This was the perfect gift from my husband. If he reads this, please give me this gift again. Wink wink.

Andrew Michaels Spa is always a great relaxing experience. The massages are unbelievable and always cause me to come back for another. I am planning on taking my husband with me next time for a couples massage. I recommend this salon and spa for everyone!

This place has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. It is pricey, but worth it.
