Ive been to many CrossFit gyms over the years and Reebok CrossFit Bare Cove is undoubtedly one of the best! The facilities are top-notch, the programming is tough / varied and the coaches truly care about each and every member. But the best part about RCFBC is the community! Youll work out alongside people from all walk of life and each will push you and inspire you in their own way. Come here to get in shape, but expect to get a whole lot more than that in the process.

I Love this place!! Have been coming for 3.5 years on and off (between pregnancy and unrelated injuries) and I literally can not think of a place Id rather be. I can bring my 2 year old son while I work out, which I have been doing since he was about 6 months old, and know that hes having fun and looked after. All the staff is super welcoming, knowledgeable and inviting. I love the whole atmosphere. Highly recommend!

LIFE CHANGING!! I have been to a half dozen CF boxes around the country and NONE of them are as nice a facility as RCFBC. The equipment is world class, the facility is clean and open, the coaching is top notch. All around incredible place to get your WOD on. I love that its my "Home" box.

Love this place! Great atmosphere, Amazing staff (im biased), and is a 1 stop shop with everything you need in a wellness facility. On-site Chiropracter and massage therapist to help take care of your body post workout.
