Anytime Fitness – Pembroke, is amazing! The gym is small, super clean, excellent equipment and the staff and members are welcoming and helpful. The great location and the 24/7 access give you no excuse not to come! All the trainers are amazing, especially Regina! Regina is so supportive, she listens to you and provides you with a workout that is best suited for your current fitness level. I know I would not have made the progress I have without her…she is always there to offer encouragement, suggestions and is always more than willing to answer questions. My only regret is that I did not find Anytime Fitness sooner.

Absolutely love this gym! They are so clean, have amazing equipment and have the best staff around! The owner Eric is so nice and welcoming, always says hello when you come in. The new manager Krista is absolutely amazing and walks you through everything. Ive been going to this gym since the day they opened about two years ago and Ill probably never switch. My whole family and a couple of friends have joined and have experienced the same outcomes as me! Absolutely love it here.

Love this gym! VERY clean (including bathroom + showers), plenty of parking, and its never too crowded. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Equipment is almost always available. Theres also a separate room with jump ropes, weights, kettle bells, etc. that has a sound system you can play your own music on when its slow. Its like having your own gym! Not to mention you can go "anytime"... it really is convenient.

If you are looking for everything you need in an gym that isnt overwhelming and intimidating, then this is the place for you. Its a small gym with a big heart. Great staff, management, trainers and instructors. Clean and bright with well maintained equipment. Give it a shot, youll be wondering why youve put off joining the gym for so long.

This gym is awesome!! With the 24/7 access you have no excuse not to come! The gym is always clean and tidy. The staff is super helpful and willing to answer any questions I have! The new manager Krista is wicked nice! I never feel judged or embarrassed of my fitness level!

Very clean with the best hours of any gym :) and always has available equipment when you need it especially treadmills! Plenty of parking and right off Rt 3 for easy highway access.
