Shame i couldnt give this place 0 stars. This is the bottom line. Make sure you price check your project around the city before you do ANYTHING because this particular minuteman press, IS GOING TO TRY AND TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE. If you dont want to be paying through the nose for your print collatoral, then dont use this place. If you like getting robbed though, this is the place for you. The good reviews for this minuteman press were from before the old owner sold the business to the current owner, who is a conniving crook. Absolutely horrible business experience working with these guys. I dont know which is worse, catching him trying to steal from me with an outrageously overpriced product, which he inflated from my original over the phone quote by almost double, after completing my project, or that when i called him on it, he tried sniveling his way back into my good graces like a child caught with his hand in the cookie jar. Offensive business practices. This is one bridge Im more than happy to burn.

We at Certified Homecare Consulting have been working with Minuteman Press of Lowell and Nashua for a number of years. We have found them to be professional, timely and budget friendly. Scott Montgomery, the account executive, and Chris Bassett, owner, are two of the people we have worked with since Scott first walked into our office. They have been wonderful in putting together everything we have needed for presentations, for regular business and for trade shows. Their team is unbelievable and willing to do whatever we need at a moments notice. We have Minuteman take care of all of our printing needs and have sent all of our clients to them as their work is exceptional. Whether you need brochures, business cards or if like us, Manuals, etc. they can fill all of your needs. They are extremely professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional quality and a fast turnaround.

I have worked with Mark Cassidy for many years and have always found him to be responsive and professional. He listens and gets the job done, no matter what is asked of him...whether its creating a 3-d 3-foot light switch that works or printing 500,000 copies of anything. As a key member of Minuteman Press, he brings all his expertise to this new venture with his partner Chris. They can take a project from printing to fulfillment. If a project is too large for their shop, they work with other excellent printers to get the job done. So they can do anything from small the very large projects. They have a wonderful attention to detail...something everyone in this business needs.

It was and continues to be an absolute pleasure dealing with the folks at Minuteman Press of Lowell. I have done a bulk of my work with Scott who has never failed to deliver on a job or price for that matter. If it is humanly possible to squeeze a job into a tight timeframe- these guys can deliver! Being in the events industry, demands and expectations are always high and margin for error is always razor thin but I never worry about my printing thanks these guys! I have 0 complaints on the quality of work, price and customer service their team brings to the table. I recommend Minuteman Press of Lowell to anyone with a printing need.

I own a hair salon in Bedford MA and have used both the Lowell and Burlington locations to help us promote our business. The staff at both locations are very helpful and professional. The graphic design team is excellent at taking an idea and developing it into an effective marketing tool. I use them for banners, posters, business cards etc... I have used less expensive options and got what I paid for logo was slightly off color or not centered which when it comes to your brand it is not worth risking. Save yourself the hassle and time and work with these professionals.

Great at communication and turn around time.I had a project that needed to be done fairly quick, they did a great job on all the different pieces I had and also worked well with my designer. I then gave them a banner to do last minute for a show and they had no problem doing it. You want to know about price , it was the best estimate I got. Actually other printers couldnt give me a final product and they wanted me to supply them with backer boards for posters . Minuteman Press gave me full service completed job, all I had to do was pick it up.

I went to Minuteman Press to get some business cards made up from scratch, and I had an incredible experience. I dealt with Ann who was very friendly and she told me how they would beat any competitors price by 10%, so I knew I was going to get a good price. Their designer came up with a very professional design for my cards, and I uped my order from 500 to 1,000 business cards because I got such a good price. I highly recommend Minuteman Press of Lowell!

Ive been in several times now and am impressed by the helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had design work that I needed and they do it in house so I could review and revise quickly. In addition, the turnaround time for projects has been very fast.

I have work done from other printers in the past, never has it been as smooth and easy as it was with minuteman press. They make sure the proofs are the product you want and are very quick with the turnaround time.

excellent. they called me right back, helped me right when i walked in, fixed my corrupted pdf so it would actually print, and gave me a shipping envelope. plus a free pen!
