To the Printworks Team: Just a quick note of thanks for your timely and professional response to our 11th hour request for wedding favor tags and table cards. Despite all our planning, these items seemed to slip through the cracks and were were stuck! Printworks never said, "We cant do that" and did not take advantage us by charging an exorbitant fee either! Everyone was accommodating and helpful with our requests...we have had great service from Printworks in the past but your response to this pressure situation was terrific!...Your new Paper Clips dept is wonderful. I walked in on Friday and asked if I could have my fancy award certificates printed immediately while I stood there and waited (as I needed them for Saturday). I expected to hear that theyd be ready on Tuesday. But, no, the answer was "sure!" And I walked away with fancy certificates in hand!
